Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds and a cable TV.



Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #5 includes full-over-full bunk beds.



The home also includes a half bathroom with a pedestal sink as well as an additional full bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower tub/combo.

• Driveway and street parking available for 2 vehicles

• All guests 6yrs or older must purchase a wristband for $38/week/person for use of all community amenities. This fee is paid directly to the HOA on site.
