Ocean Front - Two Bedroom Villa in the D Building - New Decks!

We thought the property was even better than the photos show! The rental company was really responsive to the few questions we had before our trip. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

We had to clean the place ourselves because the clearers didn’t do their job AT ALL! The beach was messy with no waves. The view from the room was the best part of the whole experience?

We absolutely love visiting Harbor Island. We have always stayed in the K building, until this year. This condo at first glance looks great. After being in for about 2 hours we began to notice these little black bugs. We chalked it up to coming in and out while unloading the car. After killing the ones we could see, about 30 minutes later is was as if they multiplied. We called Tidewatch and they sent someone promptly with bug spray. He sprayed all the windows and doors and said they would follow up with an exterminator. He even checked our phone number to be sure they could get in touch. There was never any follow up. We are from SC. We understand marsh areas and the mosquito/bug population in the summer. This is not that. This is an infestation of some sort. Every time we killed the ones we saw, there would be more a few minutes later. They would crawl on us in the bed at night. It made our stay VERY uncomfortable. Generally this is a great condo. They could use a king size bed in the master. LOL. If the bugs are handled I would give a better review.

Wonderful stay. Everything was as described in the listing. Clean and well-stocked with linens and towels. Pay particular attention to the steps mentioned in the description; they could be problematic for people with mobility issues.

Our stay on Harbor Island was wonderful. The ocean front property was exactly as shown and listed. The condo was clean, comfortable, and perfect for us. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed, and the living space made it easy to relax. We were a short boardwalk stroll from the beach and took advantage by walking on the beach every morning and most evenings. The beach was never crowded. In fact the entire island was quiet, relaxing, and beautiful to explore. While we stayed on the island most of the time, we take the short drive to Beaufort to explore its beautiful port and history. We also drove to Hunting Island and walked its trails. Harbor Island and this condo are definitely places that we want to return to.

The property was as posted, nice clean place. The condo had a pool that was closed due to covid19 the club pool was open by scheduled appointment only. Golf carts are everywhere but guest are not allowed to bring there own or rent one. The beach is terrible with 5 houses that have been condemned because of the lack of beach on one side of the island and the difference of 200 to 300 yards of beach at low tide and non at high tide. I would not recommend this beach to any small families.

Had a great visit.. First time to the island. Prefer more of an ocean than this beach had ( no waves), but overall had a great time.. Only issue we had was a neighbor that was very annoying

The condo was super clean!!!! Everything needed for plenty of home cooked meals. Beds Super Comfy!!!! My 9 & 6 year old boys loved the wildlife, beaching, surf fishing, riding bikes to fish & crab the creeks. Friendly community!!!! We hope to stay again!!!!
