Ocean Front 2 Bed/2 Bath - Pets welcome - Central AC and private balcony

Great space , amazing view, super responsive and kind host.

Two week stay in December for my husband, young adult son and small poodle mix. This was our first time in Surfside. The location was great - convenient to many restaurants and grocery stores, the pier, and of course - the beach! Loved watching sunrises, dolphins, shrimp boats, and the Geminid meteor shower from the balcony.Parking was easy and convenient. Due to a mobility impairment, we appreciated that the first floor location had fewer stairs than the first floor of many surrounding properties. We liked the keypad for entry (we prefer that over a key).There were plenty of amenities and enough room to spread out for a “rest-cation.” The kitchen was well stocked. Loved the washer and dryer.We hope to return to this location again in the future.

The condo was extremely comfortable, and well equipped. Also, very clean.The view was amazing! Thank you to the host!

Kitchen was very well appointed with all the necessary utensils, pots and pans. Ocean view was great. Beds were very comfortable.

Peters place is well appointed. He supplies everything you need in the kitchen. He supplies beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards . Plenty of books to read . Showers are clean with NO mold or mildew. Easy check in with a code. Plenty of parking. ( No linens are supplied). Loved the updated kitchen appliances. New washer and dryer. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants in area and in Murrells inlet. New Surfside pier with a wonderful homemade ice cream shop on pier. Great neighborhood to ride your bike or walk your dog. If your bringing your pet, this is your place to go .

The beach front location of this condo is excellent, which we appreciated as we lived a few blocks from here for years. Unfortunately, the condition of the unit did not meet reasonable rental standards. The condo was not properly cleaned. We ended up purchasing supplies & cleaning it ourselves before settling in. We were not expecting to clean for 3 hours upon checking in. Do NOT judge this condo by its pictures - which were probably taken when the unit was new. Long dog hair greeted us upon entry on the welcome mat & the carpeted foyer. The baseboards showed significant buildup of dirt & hair, the rugs & the furniture are noticeably worn. The kitchen is dated & the area under the sink was musty w droppings present. The smaller shower had mold & unusable. Overall, the unit would benefit from new paint, updated furnishings, & a thorough deep cleaning making it worth what we paid. We checked in on Aug 23 & communicated w our host thru VRBO, but his response was of little concern. The amount of hair & dirt did not happen w 1 renter. We then filed a VRBOs “Stay Neighborly Program” complaint 24 hrs, incl pics, but VRBO was non-responsive. Again, while the location is ideal, the condition of the condo fell well below expectations for the price. We shouldn’t have had to clean the unit upon check in. Disappointing.

My family and I have been vacationing in Surfside Beach for decades. This location was wonderful and had easy parking, nice views, and easy beach access. Owner was wonderful to work with throughout process. Only issues we had were the comfort of the mattress and furniture. Already looking forward to getting back to Surfside next year.

Great location, nice condo. Condo is comfortable, very clean, very well supplied and offers a great unobstructed view of the ocean. The owner is very nice and quick to respond to any questions.

We stayed at this property for over a month. Overall, nice condo. We were the first guests to stay this year, we felt it should have had a cleaning prior to our arrival. We have stayed and used VRBO many times all over the world and have never, ever not had linens and towels provided at the property for our use. We perhaps missed this in our contract and we did not see this on the listing. When we inquired when we arrived we were told to contact a linen rental facility. Mind you after traveling we weren’t prepared to worry about linens and towels. We purchased and washed new sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths as well as kitchen towels. We will take them with us but we shouldn’t have had to worry about this expense. Overall, the property was nice and the sunrises on the beach were glorious.

Everything was exactly as advertised! We loved this condo unit and will book it again soon! It was clean, quite and close to everything. Excellent stay!!

This is our second time staying at this property, and both times have been wonderful. Loved being right on the beach and Peter was great at communication. Already looking forward to going back next year!

The view is relaxing as well as the sunrise. We booked for a third time.

Property was very clean and was in a great location. After several initial issues with the tv and fire alarm, all went well. The condo is well laid out and very comfortable.

We arrived to a clean, organized condo for our 5th visit! We always enjoy the views and the neighborhood. Once again, no complaints about anything except we had to leave!;)

Condo is quiet first floor location with easy access to major roads for groceries and meals. Nicely updated kitchen and flooring. Spent many hours on the balcony enjoying the view and peaceful waves.

This unit had a great view of the beach which was nice to be able to sit under cover and watch the waves. It had every thing we needed. Would definately go back.

Location is perfect. Was there the first week of June and not overly crowded. Beautiful views and easy beach access. So close to Murrells Inlet!
