Welcome to Ocean Bliss Escape, a beautifully decorated condo located on stunning Fripp Island, South Carolina. This gorgeous 1 bed/1 bath condo is located on the second floor of the Beach Club Villas community, is professionally decorated, and is loaded with all of the in-condo amenities that would allow for an absolutely blissful stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, the dining room seats 4, and the bedroom is furnished with a king-sized mattress (it's extra firm and is less than 18 months old). Both the living room and bedroom are furnished with “smart” flat screen TVs and both can access all the streaming platforms. With beautiful marsh and canal views from both the living room AND bedroom, the condo is located in the heart of Fripp Island AND is just steps away from the beach! If you are looking for a private beach getaway with your loved one OR a blissful stay to recharge your batteries, this condo will give it to you in spades! Come see for yourself!

Please Note: This property does NOT contain amenity cards. Amenity cards are required to access Fripp's pools, golf courses, restaurants, tennis courts, and food court. However, you can still access the beach and shop at Spring Tide Market & Deli, the Marina Deli, and Mango's Gift Shop without the amenity cards. We highly recommend stopping at Publix, Food Lion, or Walmart on Sea Island Parkway to get groceries and food before heading to the island. Fripp Island is truly secluded and private so going into town for groceries will be at least a 20 minute drive. There are restaurants along Sea Island Parkway and we've listed our favorites in the Welcome to Ocean Bliss Escape packet found in the condo.

    The only issue we had was with the bed. The mattress was obviously old and very bumpy. The response time of the property managers was excellent. We couldn't figure out how to work all the remotes and they sent someone over immediately.

    The parking was difficult and had to park far away to unload and pack up. The condo was not clean. There was dust in all of the corners and vents. Was told not to put air below 72 and to use fans to cool off. There is no overhead fan in the bedroom which was the hottest room in the house. They did have a table fan to use, however, it was covered in dust. The lights would flicker when you used them so we tried not to use the lights during our stay. Also could hear the family above us all hours of the day. Could not find a cutting board to prepare food. The positive of the stay was the view from the back porch which was incredible.

    The unit directly above us had small children running around like wild animals. The agreement said adults only. Such a joke.

    This property provided the perfect amount of amenities for 3 days. If you plan on staying longer, make sure to grab basic amenities before reaching the island. We were sad to realize this property does not come with an amenities card to access the pool, beach bar, restaurants and golf courses, but we managed to still have a good time. The view from the balcony overlooking the marsh was absolutely beautiful.

    Fripp island was a very unique place for us. We liked the privacy . The next time, if there’s a next time we would prefer a place on the ocean as we envision the views of the ocean would be better than the marsh.

    Amenities in the VRBO description included “pool” and “tennis” when we booked this condo. We were very disappointed to learn that we were PROHIBITED from using them as well as the restaurant, fitness center and pickleball courts. An activities card was not able to be purchased with this condo. (The listing has since been changed). Restaurants are available off of the island, a 25 min drive. We were not able to get any sort of refund.

    We had a wonderful, relaxing stay! It has everything you need for a perfect vacation. It was very clean, beautifully decorated and in the perfect location with the most amazing view of the marsh.
