Ocean and city views in the heart of Miraflores.

From beginning to end was amazing. Location absolutely unbeatable front desk staff delightful. Grocery shop 3 minutes away beach amazing views off balcony. We were all very happy.

I would not recommend this area during winter time in because is very cold and have not heating system. I stayed in here for 4 days and 2 of the days had no hot water to take showers. They had some deferred maintenance issues. The water heater was vey old and thanks God they took action and got it replaced right away.but it took my complaining to get it done. This area have a lot of car traffic and windows are not insulated so you hear all the street noise day and night.plus the rooms are very cold due to the lack of insulation

My wife and 2 boys stayed here for a week. Clean and well maintained. No hairdryer but plenty of kitchen amenities and extra blankets for cool nights. Location is great with 2 supermarkets nearby and walkable to the beautiful cliff walk and shops. The unit was modern and had great views. The bunkbed room is off of the service porch and a bit out of the way so for smaller children it’s a little isolated from the rest of the unit but was perfect for my teen. Washer and dryer were great and modern. Easy to use. Front desk security check in 24 hours a day made us feel secure.

Everything you need, very well located, nice view, well equipped, safe, private, a lot of towels.

For most part it has been an excellent experience. The place was clean overall. The reception was very cordial and welcoming .
