Stayed Nov 26, 2025The apartment was exactly as pictured -- modern, very clean, well equipped, with good security. It was very well located close to the center of Miraflores, the beach, shopping and restaurants and convenient to the other districts of Lima. The property manager was very responsive throughout our stay, though not local which was a slight issue when we had problems with a broken water heater. He responded immediately and had a technician sent right away -- but the technician initially did not fix the problem which left us with a few cold showers at first. The property manager did send the technician back twice, and ultimately the problem was fixed. In the end he was very responsive and we appreciated his efforts to solve the problem, but a local contact would probably have gotten the repair done more quickly. Aside from the temporary hot water issue we enjoyed our stay and would return.
