Thisexclusive apartment of 69 m2, has spaces like the entrance with furniture that keeps the glassware in the bar, you could find the guest bathroom and our fully equipped kitchen which share the concept of open space with the living room and the TV room and permit access to the master bedroom equipped with designed furniture has a comfortable queen bed. Through the walking closet, you will find the spacious master bathroom and the space for the washing machine.

This apartment was designed by architects thinking of our future guests who love the unique experiences and the design. Our brightly illuminated space with natural light through the windows in the living room and the master bedroom has an open space distribution that makes each space distinguishable and private.

Additionally, our space has local artists painted in the North of Peru, also our space is equipped with lovely furniture, like the light desk in case you need to work sometimes. In the interior, you will find the open-concept social area and the fully equipped kitchen and dining room. In this space, you will enjoy the airflow from the balcony and the aroma of natural plants that complement our beautiful balcony, where you can relax with a cold drink on a sunny day or a hot cup of Peruvian coffee on cold days. Our balconies of the living room and the master bedroom are connected along all these rooms, it has a tinny table and chairs which can enjoy the sea breeze of Miraflores. The balconies have efficient soundproof sliding doors and nice blackout shades for a good night's sleep.

The apartment was very nice and the location couldn't be beat. The photos were accurate and the manager was very easy to work with. It is priced on the higher end, in my opinion, and there were a few items that needed attention. I have communicated them with the manager and am comfortable he will deal with them appropriately.

It is always a joy to stay at Fernando s place. Balcony with wall to wall sliding doors with sound proof glass, a big living room and a comfortable bed. Nearby several coffee shops, restaurants,Kennedy Park and Larcomar.

My stay at this property was nothing less than ideal. Owner responded quickly to minor operational problems lke cable tv and wifi access. Maid service was provided once during my 8 night stay. The balcony provides a lot of light to the whole unit. The sliding doors with noise cancelling glass offered a great view and quietness to this noisy city. I will stay again:

It was very clean and a well equipped kitchen. Fernando was there to take care of any small Issue that arose. There were convenient stores and restaurants feet from entrance in a great area of town. I would definitely stay here again anytime.

This property was truly spectacular! Dealing with the owner was also a great experience. The apartment itself had everything and was spotless. Everything a person could need was in the suite. Not to mention, the suite is gorgeously decorated and the balcony is perfect for early morning coffees or late night glasses of wine! I will definitely be back and look forward to staying here again in a few months.
