Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property . Kristi, the co-owner was very helpful answering our questions, and was easily reached if we had any concerns. The house was expertly decorated throughout, and provided all the necessities one would need for a stay in Rancho Mirage, including laundry machines, cleaning products, linens, towel, etc. Vaulted ceilings and large mirrored walls create a very spacious environment. Well equipped kitchen , mini-bar, and well landscaped patio out back added to our enjoyable stay. Lots of lounge chairs, fire table and recliner chairs made spending time on the patio very relaxing. Community heated pool and hot tub two doors down proved popular with my adult children and their partners. Master bedroom and second bedroom on the main floor were spacious, comfortable and included large closets and onsuite bathrooms . The staircase leading to a loft bedroom was a bit steep, but railings on both sides assisting going up and down. Overall, this property deserves your consideration, and my family all agree we would not hesitate to book here again. Ongoing Tennis matches and major shows in town tend to double rates for this and similar properties, but with careful planning, one could be seeing more cost effective prices. To the owners, I might suggest installing a small safe for renters to use, and to instruct cleaners between rentals to wet mop all floor surfaces in addition to vacuuming. Thank you for reading my review.

The entrance at the manned community gate was simple. The home was very clean and just like the pictures of the property. Classic Palm Springs style home that has has upgrades made to make it a modern and comfortable place to enjoy the area. Beds were very comfortable (wife wants to replace ours at home with what was provided for our comfort!) Kitchen is well appointed including a cool new fridge. Really enjoyed the evenings with the fire tables. The community pool is just a few steps away and we were the only ones ever there. All in... a great place!
