Great place near everything! Becky was an awesome host. Easy communications and lots of info. Well stocked kitchen made food prep easy and a well stocked bathroom allowed us to travel lighter. Beds were comfy!

Becky was a fantastic host. She was communicative, responsive and timely. We had a problem with the smoke detectors and she resolved it promptly. The place was just as described, clean and comfortable. A rare find as an ADA accessible accommodation. And a wonderful location.

This property was immaculately maintained, and had all items we could possibly need for our stay. The location is excellent for access to the shops, bars and restaurants along NW 23rd Avenue. I would highly recommend this property!

Becky's rental in Nob Hill was perfect for my friend and I on our first trip to Portland. Becky provided ample information in advance to make check-in easy. The apartment was clean and spacious. The location was excellent - within walking distance to some great local restaurants, breweries, and shops as well as close to bus stops and a light rail line. Overall, a great stay!

This Portland rental was light, bright, quiet, and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The location could not be beat for easy walking access to restaurants, bakeries, and stores. The neighborhood was fun to explore and both Washington Park and Forest Park were minutes away. Our host provided great info and recommendations online which we appreciated.

The location could not be beat. Whole set back from the streeet, it is nice and quiet. Walk out and there are so many places at your convenience. Shops, restaurants, Trader Joe's. We walked everywhere. It was also a great homebase for our day trips. One day did the Oregon coast and another the Columbia River gorge and waterfalls.The apartment had everything we needed and Becky was wonderful to work with. Would stay here again. Loved our time here-stay weird Portland

My family and I rarely go on trips, and were so grateful for the ease and accesiblilty of this house, so close to so many events and activities. We were able to accomplish all of our goals for the trip and felt rested and cozy coming back to the house to wind down. Becky was patient and gracious with me as I navigated the rental process for the first time. Highly recommend

Great location, walking distance to shops/restaurants. Easy access to freeway. Traveled with our infant and it was very helpful to have a pack and play crib and high chair available for us!

This is a lovely place and Becky is a terrific host. The sofa bed is tricky so be sure to read the instructions and then go slowly and gently. It looks like a great location but we were so busy we didn’t have time to explore.

My daughter and I had a great stay! The unit was spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to restaurants, a cute neighborhood food market, coffee shop, and small boutiques.The neighborhood is very safe and walkable. It is a short Uber ride to downtown and many fantastic restaurants.Would definitely stay here again!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Becky’s condo—it was everything we hoped for and more. My partner and I visited with our daughter and her friend for a weekend getaway, and the space was absolutely perfect for our needs. Check-in was seamless, and the condo itself was spotless, spacious, and welcoming.The location is unbeatable—peaceful and quiet, yet just steps away from NW 23rd Ave, with its fantastic restaurants, boutiques, and coffee shops. We loved being able to walk everywhere, and it made our time in Portland feel so relaxed and easy. Becky also provided parking passes for the residential zone, which made parking completely hassle-free—such a bonus in that part of the city.During our stay, we visited the Portland Art Museum and the Japanese Garden—both easy to get to and highlights of the weekend. The condo was a perfect home base, offering plenty of space for everyone to unwind after a day out.Becky was a responsive, thoughtful host, and we’re already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommended!

The unit is roomy and very comfortable. And what really sets it apart is it's amazing location within easy walking distance of fun cafes, restaurants, a nice food store, shops, gorgeous neighborhoods and a lovely urban wild with lots of trails.

My spouse and I and 5 yr old and baby were super comfy using this place as a base camp for our 2 night PDX visit. Nice to have more space and a kitchen for an energetic kid and a pack n play. Becky was very responsive. Highly recommend.

excellent location. facilities were fine. excellent beds. very communicative host. took care of maintenance issue rapidly. fireplace listed in amenities but there isnt one. wifi listing on board not accurate but is accurate on laminated sheet. would come again

Great place to stay for Thanksgiving holiday. Right around the corner from our son's apartment and in a lovely neighborhood. NW 23rd Street has a lot of good restaurants and fun small shops to explore. The entrance to Forest Park and miles of trails through the woods is close to the condo. It's also an easy walk downtown. Kitchen was well stocked with most everything one would need to make a delicious Thanksgiving dinner, plenty of space to have a few friends over. Will happily stay here again.

Delightful 2nd floor apartment. The location was perfect, walkable to many restaurants, grocery, coffee shops and great bakery. Everything was very clean and the unit is well stocked for a comfortable stay. Becky is very respsonive and helpful. Plannig to come back!

Very clean and spacious more than enough room for a small family. Lots of windows bright and airy. The location of this apartment is amazing! 3 blocks from the best pizza in Portland (Pizza Thief) and a couple blocks from amazing coffee and restaurants. You can walk and catch the trolly which will take you wherever you need to go. The management was very responsive to my messages and the whole process was very smooth. Would definitely recommend this place!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. I am a very light sleeper who rarely gets a good night's sleep while traveling. I slept very well every night of my stay....that's how quiet it is. The location was perfect for our needs and the close proximity to food establishments was very much enjoyed. Thank you Becky for your quick responses to us. We will be back!

Everything was perfect for our stay AND one thing really stood out. That was the communication we had with Becky. She'd covered all the necessary details with written materials and was more prompt and on top of it with her texts back and forth than any host I've ever encountered.
