Newly Renovated in 2024! This renovation includes a new kitchen and other improvements that include new ceiling fans, shower heads and new bathroom vanities.

Our two-story condo (2nd and 3rd floors) has views of the ocean and the pool. It has two bedrooms on the top floor. One bedroom has a king-size bed. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a twin-size bed. Each bedroom has a full bath. There is also a ½ bathroom on the living floor. There is an indoor dining table and an outdoor dining table on the 2nd floor balcony overlooking the green with a view of the ocean and pool.

We provide all linens, bedding, towels and a fully equipped kitchen. We also provide free cable t.v., free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, a Keurig coffee maker, and a blender. Each bedroom has a 40-inch Television. The living room has a 55-inch television. There is no land-line phone so bring your cell phone.

Our condo is a 3-minute walk to the ocean. There are also 4 pools for you and your family to enjoy. The first pool has a depth of 3ft- 8ft that can be seen from our second-story balcony. The second pool is the Community Association Pool that has a depth of 3ft- 6ft and is a two-minute walk from our condo.

The third location is the Beach and Raquet Club and has two pools. The first pool has a depth of 3ft-8ft and a baby pool 1 ft- 1 ½ ft deep. The Beach and Raquet Club is a 5-minute walk from our condo.

At the Beach and Raquet Club you can rent bicycles, play volleyball, go to the fitness center, check out tennis rackets, play basketball or pickleball at the nearby courts or play on the playground. Harbor Island also offers you the opportunity to go crabbing, fishing on the dock, and practice your golf at a couple of holes.

Harbor Island is a gated community with 24/7 security. It boasts 2.5 miles of white sandy beach and untouched dunes. We are located 14 miles East of historic downtown Beaufort, SC and Parris Island. Historic downtown Beaufort is a must see!

The City of Beaufort has many boutiques and restaurants. You can take a horse-drawn carriage tour under the moss-covered live oaks past historics antebellum homes, historic churches, and movie sites. The Waterfront Park in Beaufort, which provides dining with a view of the river, is a must.

In addition, Johnson Creek Tavern is 1 mile from the condo and provides local seafood and indoor/outdoor seating. The Shrimp Shack featured in Coastal Living is 3 miles from the condo and is open for lunch only. We have 3 nearby grocery stores: Publix, Food Lion and Walmart.

Hunting Island State Park is 2 miles from the condo and is a favorite attraction. The Hunting Island lighthouse was constructed in 1859 and rebuilt in 1875 after the Civil War. 167 steps will take you to the top for a fabulous view. Hunting Island State Park also offers 5 miles of beach, great trails to run or walk, a nature center and picnic shelter.

The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 - November 1.

Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. The current rates are; for a day pass $20.00; 2 nights $30.00; 3 nights $40.00; 4 nights $50.00; 5 nights $60.00; 6 nights $70.00; 7 nights $80.00; 8-14 nights $105.00; 15-21 nights $130.00; 22-30 nights $155.00; 31-90 nights $175.00; 91-365 nights $200.00.

    Condo was very nice... Beds are comfortable. Cable didn't work but was able to use Netflix. Kitchen is beautiful and has basic needs for dishes. No kitchen cleaners or dishwasher pods provided so bring your own.

    Right on the beach, inexpensive and room for all of us. It was very clean. But some ceiling fans would have been nice, especially since you were not allowed to turn the AC down past 72. It got really hot, even with the blinds down.

    Nice condo! Most well-stocked, well-organized kitchen ever! Very nicely furnished. This condo is one of the closer ones to the beach and has great access to pools and other amenities on the island.

    Overall, this is a pretty good place to stay on Harbor Island. Everything was clean upon arrival, except some dishes that had not been washed well. I would recommend bringing your own bedroom fan as this property does not have ceiling fans. If you are taller than 6ft, don't stay here unless you don't mind 3 ft tall bathroom counters and a low toilet. My husband struggled at 6 ft tall. Water pressure is strong here, so the master shower will be piercing and getting water everywhere if you put it on high enough. I found that just barely turning on the water left it at a pressure I could tolerate, and the streaks stayed straight instead or a fee going sideways. I suggested a couple things to the renter like updating the master shower head, providing darker curtains to keep the parking lot light out at night, and providiny box fans in each bedroom. We loved the short walk to the beach, just down the wooden bridge, and the showers to rinse your feet off. There are a few small restaurants just outside of the complex for your convenience, and downtown Beaufort is a short drive away! Check out and check in was easy and we didn't have any issues other than the lack of fans making sleeping difficult the first night.
