Stayed Aug 14, 2025Great location! Close to beach and downtown. Condo has been mostly remodeled. New furniture, cute but also tastefully done nautical theme. Nice to have 2 sofa beds! Bathroom was a little rough. Dated and worn faucets, shower, knobs etc. Mattress was very hard. Screened in porch was a little dirty and there was a rotten smell outside. Maybe gas? No table/chairs to sit at to play games, eat, work etc. Pool was not heated for summer and there were some repairs needed but functional. It was a little pricey for what it is…would not call it “luxury” but location and updates helped make it more worth it. Beautiful area!Overall we had a nice stay.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Can’t beat the location, close to shops, restaurants and the water. The unit we stayed in needs updating but clean and quiet.

Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in Charlevoix, and I couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The location was perfect, central to everything (especially the marathon, the main reason for our trip). The room was comfy and clean and we absolutely loved the screen porch. I wish we could've stayed longer - I can't wait to go back and would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jun 21, 2019As reviews before have stated this places could use some updates but overall it was clean and comfortable and quite. We went for the Charlevoix marathon and you can see the start/finish line from the porch. Very nice. I would suggest more lighting. Everything seems dimly lit to me and it made it hard to read my summer reading book I brought along in the evenings.

Reviewer Comments: We paid a lot of money for one night and we’re expecting something a little more updated. The stay was fine but not exceptional. The lounge closes at 10. The pool was mediocre.

Reviewer Comments: When we arrived we wanted to check out the screened patio area, the door was difficult to open and the screen in the door was in poor shape. The lighting in the living area was also poor. We were glad the weather was pretty good so we didn't spend a great deal of time indoors. The air conditioner in the bedroom was so loud that we turned it off at night. The place could certainly use some up dating.
