NEW LISTING! Two Bedrooms in A Building with Marsh and Ocean Views

Location was perfect, a short walk to the broad walk. The patio view to the green marsh was stunning. Clean spacious cute condo, perfect get away for my family

The rental was kept very nice easy access to the ocean just a short walk from the rental. They also provide a pass, which gives you access to national parks and beaches. There is a national park just a short drive from the rental and if sand is not for you they also have a pool perfect for adults and children.

On the plus - if tv is your desire there are...Plenty of large screen tvs...and a well equipped kitchen..alas however every expense was spared on linens. Polyester sheets - so sweaty and a grab bag of towels and not many of them.Nice deck - lovely - the door handle was broken but maintenance came really quickly and fixed it - kudos to them! We will stay again, but will take our own sheets and towels with us.

This property was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed the surprising spaciousness of the unit. Comfortable beds, and wonderful view from the deck. Overall it was truly an awesome week and actually the best we have spent in Harbor Island. Also, the ladies at the property management office were very amenable and easy to work with. They got us into the property early since we had a toddler with us. Thank you especially to Rosa for that help to us. Thank you very much!.

Loved the view and the home was in great location.home was clean and had all but a hand mixer.. I would say that it need more eating utensils.The stairs were a bit steep for an 83yr old but it was a great place to stay

This house was ok. We reported a refrigerator leak and a maintenance guy did come out but it was never fixed. The light above kitchen table works when it wants to. Couch was very itchy, bed sheets were so old and itchy I had to sleep on a blanket. There was hair in the showers. Handle was broke on the sliding door to the deck. This could be a really cute place but definitely needs some upgrades and improvements. I wouldn’t stay at this particular place again.

During low tide (starts around noon) the water recedes very far out. Not great. It wasn't until 4pm or so before the water came back. Shallow swimming, good for wading but that's about it. The property had several broken items but mgmt was quick to send someone. The short walk to the beach was nice.

The property is in a great location and very quiet. (2 big +'s) But here was the downside: the place was not swept, food crumbs on the dining chairs, and the living room furniture was sweat-stained. There was a note from the managing company not to turn the air conditioning down below 72. Luckily, I brought a fan and that made the air conditioning circulate, on its own it was not very effective. The builders built this place using very cheap materials - too bad, because the location is so great. The views of the marshes and the beaches beyond were beautiful and the daily walks on the beach were perfect.

This was the perfect space for us to do intensive online educational training. If you have to do school work, it is wonderful to have such a lovely view and to be steps away from the ocean. This was more than adequate for our needs and we were very comfortable. The management was quick to address any concerns we had. We felt safe and secure and had a wonderful stay. I would definitely return again!
