Look no further! One of the best-appointed villas on Harbor Island is ready for your next beach escape in South Carolina's beautiful low country. This fully renovated and tastefully decorated unit will not disappoint. Enjoy expansive oceanfront views from the new deck, living room, or master bedroom. A short stroll across the boardwalk brings you to one of the most beautiful beaches on the east coast.

Harbor Island is a great place to get away from it all, offering a beautiful unspoiled beach, an abundance of wildlife, and beautiful scenery in every direction to soak in over those long lazy days. Amenities include full access to the community swimming pool, tennis courts, and fitness center, as well as the Cedar Reef pool. Note: Pools are open April 1 – November 1.

The master bedroom has a king bed and built-in cabinetry offering plenty of storage. The second bedroom has two twin beds and built ins as well. Both bedrooms have private, updated ensuite bathrooms.

The main living area includes a sectional sofa, additional seating, and a large flat-panel TV with soundbar.

The kitchen offers a newer dishwasher, new washer/dryer, a large pantry, coffee maker, oven, microwave, and all the essentials for meal preparation.

Things to do: Take a walk on Harbor Island's scenic beaches. Enjoy the Cedar Reef pool or the larger community pool. Get some exercise at the clubhouse fitness center. Take a day trip to neighboring Hunting Island State Park or downtown Beaufort. Rent a bike at the clubhouse or at Barefoot Bubbas just down the street. Enjoy low country cuisine at one of the many restaurants in nearby Frogmore or Beaufort. Or just relax and enjoy the soothing sounds of nature from the deck.

This is a second-floor villa requiring stairs for access and may be difficult for those with limited mobility.

Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00.

    Comfortable updated condo with nice furniture and a small but well stocked kitchen. Master bedroom upstairs with great king bed and small but updated bath. Could not ask for better oceanfront view with marsh and dunes with easy boardwalk to the beach. Need to be aware there is no elevator and steep stairs both to access the condo as well as the upstairs bedrooms inside. Would definitely stay here again!

    Main bathroom was small, but it worked. Walk to the beach was very long with steps, use the public ramp if taking a lot to the beach. HOA personnel at office were rude. The personable at the gate were very nice. Paid for a parking pass and got a ticket when it was hanging in windshield. AC was controlled remotely, and was hot at night. The AC/ Maintenance engineer was very nice, helpful, and great to talk to. It was a nice vacation.

    Great location and comfortable stay. Had an issue with a broken pocket door in the master bathroom that rendered it useless- we actually got stuck in the bathroom several times- but called the property manager, had great communication, and they were going to fix it after our stay. Cleanliness was ok- I wouldn’t have been so aware but our baby is crawling and I felt the floor could have been a little cleaner. We also found a used q-tip in with the wine glasses. Also worth noting that the air unit cannot go below 20 degrees of the outside temp- so if you have children and want cooler sleeping temps maybe bring your own portable fan. Overall we immensely enjoyed our stay and would return!

    The location of this place is perfect. It was nice walking on the beach, which is pretty clean. We had some cute little tree frogs on the deck that we enjoyed watching. Check in/check out was easy. We did have some trouble with one of the bathroom pocket doors. We were able to get a hold of property management and its sounds like this may be a common issue with alot of the condos here. We enjoyed dinner at Johnson Creek Tavern which is a very short drive. The place was PACKED, but the food and service was good.
