SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

2nd full bath located just outside bedroom 2 and 3

*Beds are all made with clean linens upon your arrival.




LAYOUT: Walk up the steps & Marsh Mellow is the bottom unit (there is another unit on top of it). Open the door & when you walk to the right there will be the kitchen, then the living area with the screened in porch. Bedroom 3 will be on the left when you walk in, then bedroom 2 with bathroom across the hall on right. Then at the end of the hall is bedroom 1. The screened in porch that leads out of the master also connects to another door in the dining room. Under the unit is a carport area where the grill, golf carts, & other items are. Please visit the BHI Club website to see and review their NEW rules and fees for the 2022 year. Keep in mind there are new rules regarding what days you can attend the club and what activities guest members can use. Contact the club directly or go to their site for any questions. We do not control club rates, rules, or restrictions. No discount or refund will be provided if club membership is restricted or denied.

*Community pool is seasonal and opens/closes as weather permits. There are no refunds if pool is closed for any reason.

*Maximum Occupancy: 8 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.

*Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.

*Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.

*Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.

*No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.

*If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.

Bald Head Island Info: A private island, only accessible by boat or ferry. Leave your vehicle behind and cruise the island on the golf cart provided at the home. The island is approximately 5 by 2 miles. You can bike around the island in only an hour or two! Bald Head Island is home to the oldest lighthouse in North Carolina. There are many nature hikes, wildlife watches, beach accesses, shops, restaurants, and activities.

    Property was just as pictured, bright and clean. Our stay was over Christmas break with cold weather, the condo was very warm and cozy, the heat works great! We usually rent Ocean Side but we will return to this rental, we really enjoyed the view. We used the kayaks and they were clean, we brought our own life vests. The golf carts were not reliable during our stay but we had ebikes with us so we weren't inconvenienced without the use of the carts. One cart was completely dead and the other barely got us to the market, no matter how long it was charged. The property manager was responsive but nobody ever came to check the carts while we were there. For part of our stay there was a family in the upstairs unit and we could hear every step they took, this might be annoying for others when trying to sleep. The beds were comfortable with nice bedding and rooms were dark for sleeping. We really had a great week at Marsh Mellow and will return!

    Property exceeded expectations. We were pleasantly surprised with renovations and decor improvements that were not on the listing photos. Being right on the marsh was a perk we did not appreciate until we arrived. So fun to kayak. Golf carts in working order, very nice to have beach chairs. Kitchen fully stocked. BHI has many public access sites to the beach with ample golf cart parking. One suggestion for improvement- the primary bedroom has a due west facing sliding glass door and the curtains do not filter sun. It was bright as noon at 6:45am. Black out curtains would be lovely.We would love to return someday, thank you!

    We had a wonderful stay at Marsh Mellow. The space was large enough to accommodate our family of six but small enough that we didn’t feel separated. The view of the marsh was incredible and the proximity to the launch ramp as well as the pool were great. We took full use of the kayaks, beach chairs, and golf carts. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and stocked with all off the necessities. We have visited BHI multiple times and always wanted to stay in the Timbercreek condos-so glad we did!!

    We had the best family vacation at BHI staying at Marsh Mellow. There was a beautiful view of the marsh, a great breeze, and easy access to the docks. The house was fully stocked, clean and updated. We were impressed by the folks at iTrip for being so accessible and communicative — and so easy via text! We didn’t have any issues but they were very responsive to any questions we had prior to and during our stay. We will definitely be using iTrip again and loved Marsh Mellow!

    Our stay at Marshmellow was perfect in every way. This unit has one of the best views of the spectacular marsh and creek side of Bald Head. The unit is comfortable and the porch is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon drinks and dinner. The pool is divine after a day at one of the many close by beaches. Can’t wait to come back here soon!
