New Construction - Gorgeous 3 Level 3 Bed / 3 Bath Condo

We’ve stayed here same time for a number years and are always happy with the space. The communication is prompt whenever we need something. Great space!

This property was a great choice for our weekend in Ptown!The rooms are well appointed and the beds are comfortable, and the location is very convenient.

We had an excellent stay at this property. The location was fantastic — close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet peaceful and relaxing. The accommodations were exactly as described, beautifully maintained, and in great condition. We especially appreciated the high-quality linens and towels, which made our stay feel extra comfortable. Everything in the home was in perfect working order, and it was clear that the property is very well cared for. The host was friendly, responsive, and quick to answer any questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area! If you are considering renting this place, don't hesitate. You won't be disappointed.

Host, location and amenities were all wonderful

The property was spacious and comfortable, with three bedrooms that easily accommodated our group. The living room and kitchen made for a great communal space, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was excellent, easy to walk to many nearby places. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the host was responsive.We did notice a few spots that could have been a touch cleaner, but nothing that impacted the quality of our stay. Overall, it was a great stay with lots of conveniences like a nice coffee maker and streaming services. We absolutely would stay here again if we had the need to house this many people again.

This house was the perfect location for a lovely getaway for a bunch of old friends. The house was quiet, close to everything, & so comfy for the few nights we stayed in. We will definitely be back!

We were so happy to return to Sandy's beautiful home. Convenient location, beautiful furnishings, and a gourmet kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The setup is perfect for privacy, while offering a large comfortable common area on the second floor. 2 bedrooms on the third floor, and 1 on the first floor are really comfortable The kitchen is well-stocked and the apartment is tastefully furnished. Thanks for a great stay!

Our stay at this property was wonderful. The townhouse was beautiful with all the amenities one could ask for. Spacious with modern decor. Short walk to Commercial Street and all that ptown has to offer. Host was responsive. Highly recommended!! Loved it.

Our group of 5 loved the property. It was well outfitted, modern, clean and in a great location. We were able to do a good deal of cooking between the kitchen and grill. The host was very responsive when we had questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Six of us visit PTown every Memorial Day weekend and we loved Cape Haven! Sandy was great with communication, the three levels was perfect for our group, and we already booked it again for 2026. We highly recommend staying here when in PTown!

What a great place. Having the bedrooms on different floors and each having a bathroom works great. Comfy space with room for all to gather comfortably. Wish I could get it for Bear week. Wonderful!!

This property was amazing. The photos and description were spot on -- we anticipated that we would be staying at a fantastic place, and it was. Having three bedrooms each with their own ensuite bath makes this property extra special, since that is very hard to find in Ptown. Beautiful kitchen, well appointed, and the location was perfect. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Had a wonderful stay at Cape Haven - communication with Sandy was easy and prompt and was very accommodating and checked in with us proactively. The place is brand new and in an incredible location - just a block away from Boatslip and central to everything. We loved the main suite on the main floor with access to ensuite bathroom and the washer/dryer, and the kitchen and living room were well equipped with everything we needed (including extra garbage bags!). Finally, the back outdoor area with fireplace table was perfect for a chill Fall night relaxing under the stars.

This is the third year during October that we’ve stayed at this property. We love it and it’s perfect for my self and friends to hang and connect. We look forward to it coming again next year!

Generously appointed home in an excellent location.

You could not ask for more when choosing a place to stay while in PTown. Clean, comfortable, welcoming; lovely outdoor space was the cherry on top. So close to town without the noise. If you pass up this rental, it would be a shame.

Lovely new build three level condominium in a quiet location, but quite close to all the sites of commercial Street. All modern amenities, three comfortable king beds, and very clean. Excellent communication and really appreciate pet friendly!

The condo is perfect for a friends week/long weekend in P-town. We enjoyed the patio and would relax and enjoy our morning coffee every day out there! The house's kitchen was stocked with spices/utensils. Great location to commercial street and the rest of p-town. We will be back and would love to book this home again!

The location of the property is excellent - one block from commercial street and easy to walk anywhere. Our problem with the property is that upon arrival the back deck was covered in cigarette butts and chewed gum - not ideal! Additionally, several things in the apartment were broken or not working which the management did not seem to be aware of. The apartment was also extremely dusty. We paid the 300 dollar cleaning fee but management expects everything to be pristine when you leave (we were chided for leaving food in the fridge and things like recycling in the apartment - neighborhood pickup came right before we left so we could not get it all). It’s a shame that management does not take the time to care for this property as the place could be great!

I am so glad I found this condo for our week in Ptown! Sandy the host was magnificent from check in to check out. She is very responsive via text and was so sweet and helpful the entire week. The condo exceeded our expectations. It is newly renovated, very clean and had all of the little things we could have possibly needed (plenty of towels, hangers, etc.) The fact that every bedroom has its own bathroom is a game changer! My group of friends and I loved spending time on the back patio where there is a big table with a fire pit in the middle. All of our neighbors were very kind. I love the location of this condo because it is so close to the Boatslip Resort where the tea dance is held everyday @ 4pm. You won't regret booking this condo. I am already looking forward to returning here in the future. Thanks for everything, Sandy!

We have stayed previously in Sandy’s condo and once again found it to be delightful. Clean, spacious (for Ptown), well maintained with lots of amenities. Great location and Sandy is so responsive to quickly resolve any issues that might arise. We look forward to coming back in the future.
