The space is situated in Sanctuary Court off of Spring street in Downtown Charleston. There are 7 additional unit in the complex that are also available to book.

Pre-arranged paid, reserved on-site parking is available for $25/day. $10 Daily street parking passes may also be available. Please inquire and pre-arrange prior to arrival if you will have a vehicle with you.

This property is located directly above Charleston`s newest Spanish Tapas Restaurant, Estadio. This is a great amenity for our property but it is important to note Estadio is open from 4pm-10pm Tue-Sat and noise from the restaurant may be heard at these times.

    The condo was in a great location and was very clean and comfortable. We could easily walk to King Street and other areas yet we had access to many local establishments just near the condo. We would definitely stay at this property again and would recommend others to stay here.

    Great location! Condo had everything we needed for our two night stay. We could not find any bakeware suitable for the oven and would recommend a disposble sponge at the kitchen sink. Beds were were comfy and bathrooms fully outfitted. We would definitely stay here again.

    Our family enjoyed this property for four nights. The suite is very clean and comfortable. The location is wonderful. Tons of fun little restaurants all around. Bad Bunnies coffee being very close was a major plus too! I had a small parking issue, but the management team was very responsive and took care of the problem. Highly recommend staying here.

    This condo was in the perfect location for our family getaway to Charleston. The host sent us some recommendations on where to eat, drink and site see. The restaurant below us was perfect too. When it came time for bed we never heard the restaurant patrons. We will definitely book again.

    Had a very easy check in through text message. The place was clean and ready to go. Did have some noise from the people above us a few nights (which is not their fault at all) and we had an issue with someone parking in our assigned spot (again, not their fault) and all I had to do was send a text message and they took care of it within a minute! Very good service if you do need anything at all. Would recommend and if I ever visit Charleston again I would know where I would be staying!
