NEW 2025! Completely renovated 2 Bedroom & 2 Bath condo located in Royal James

A very comfortable condo - clean and modern. Well stocked kitchen. The rocking chairs on one of the porches were fun to relax in. The host is an excellent communicator and very helpful.

CondoWe couldn’t have asked for a better getaway in this wonderfully appointed condominium. Everything was just perfect, lovely touches like a variety of coffees and beach towels to use made this such an enjoyable vacation! Private and sheltered, this condo made for a relaxing week. The golf cart was in great condition and the cart cover was ideal for enjoying blustery days on beautiful Bald Head! Deanne was responsive and friendly, we couldn’t have asked for a better host. We look forward to our next visit!!

My family had a wonderful stay in this well stocked, comfortable, clean apartment. Situated in a shady, quiet apartment complex with a pool in the middle of BHI it’s a perfect spot for a relaxing vacation! I would happily stay there again.

We’ve been coming to the island for many years and have stayed in several RJ condos. This condo has renovated nicely and everything was super clean. We enjoyed our stay here and would return.

This condo was very clean, well furnished, and quiet. The bikes and nice beach chairs were great. The swimming pool was a life saver allowing us to cool off after a hot beach experience.

This trip was absolutely amazing thanks to DeAnne. The condo is beautiful and well taken care of. It had everything we could have possibly needed and more. My grandma and I had the best time and I couldn’t recommend this place more. We will be coming back!

First time staying at Royal James and was pleasantly surprised. It was a quiet community, pool was small but looked nice and was maintained every day. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Perfect for a small family. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, bowls, pans, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

No complaints other than the pool was not clean but was treated early in the week and cleared up by the end of our vacation. We stayed at the point most of the time so we weren't upset about the pool.
