Stayed Sep 26, 2025My family had a wonderful stay in this well stocked, comfortable, clean apartment. Situated in a shady, quiet apartment complex with a pool in the middle of BHI it’s a perfect spot for a relaxing vacation! I would happily stay there again.

Stayed Jul 26, 2025This condo was very clean, well furnished, and quiet. The bikes and nice beach chairs were great. The swimming pool was a life saver allowing us to cool off after a hot beach experience.

Stayed Jul 10, 2025First time staying at Royal James and was pleasantly surprised. It was a quiet community, pool was small but looked nice and was maintained every day. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Perfect for a small family. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, bowls, pans, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jul 5, 2025No complaints other than the pool was not clean but was treated early in the week and cleared up by the end of our vacation. We stayed at the point most of the time so we weren't upset about the pool.
