Near Three Sister Springs Waterfront 2 Bdrm Condo - inc 2 Kayaks

Great location; very close to Three Sisters Springs. Neat and clean but could use some updating. Docks all inaccessible at low tide due to extreme angle of ramp and either no railing or loose railing.

A location! A short paddle to 3 Sisters! We enjoyed the onsite kayaks and saw some manatees swim in canal. Communication and check in were smooth. The down side, there were minimal essentials and the place was dirty. Unfortunately, the weather was cold which meant we spent more time inside than we would have liked. The couch smelled strongly of body oil we were not comfortable sitting on it! The windows were full of fingerprints and dirt. There were a total of 2 bath towels in the entire house. Only 1 extra roll of toilet paper, no blow dryer, no kitchen spices, no shampoo etc. We have rented many places over the years and this has been our least favorite place. If you want a great location with not frills, you should consider staying here. If you like a comfortable, clean, well appointed place, keep looking.

Pete was a very nice host! The location is incredible! Took me like 5 mins to kayak to Three Sisters. We will be back!Only thing: outback was really dark at night. Would be nice to have some lighting or solar lights to enjoy the water view at night.

We had such a wonderful time! The host, pete was very accommodating, communicative and friendly. The house is cute and in an excellent location! Being able to use the kayaks to paddle down to the spring is amazing. Would 10 out 10 recommend, Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Loved the place and couldn't ask for a better location. Got to swim with several manatees, including a baby, right in the condos canal. Super convenient that kayaks are already there and available for use. Got to meet the owner, Pete, and he was great as well. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

This property was great for us. It was a short kayak to Three Sisters. The property was clean and had everything needed for our stay.

Property was clean, right on the canal, just as described. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We’ll definitely be back.

Perfect location

The location was awesome. We were close to stores, restaurants, and parks. The property manager was great about checking to see if we were able to clear tv issues. The only problem was the cleaning crew wasnt very thorough in certain areas.

Had a great weekend! Definitely book a snorkel adventure through River Ventures and see the Manatees. Eli and Captain Garrett were great guides, and the Seafood Seller is delish! This was a May trip, so we only saw about 6. Captain said there will be 60-80 in the bay in January! We may plan a winter vacation to return and see more. This property was conveniently located and right on the water for easy kayak access. The property has lots of bath towels, (bring your own beach towels), and only a few cooking utensils and dishes, but we ate out anyway. I apparently misread the provisions, so bring along a hair dryer! If you forget anything there is a Sav-a-lot grocery, and Dollar General just down the street (but they close at 8pm.)Host was pleasant and owner was very responsive to email. You'll get to visit with little dog Poppy from next door and she loves to play tug of rope! Book today!

The kicthen and living room was very dirt, under the couch has a lot dust, the glass windows was very dirty. There were huge cockroaches on top of the kitchen sink at night. Upstairs rooms were clean.

Super cute house very close to 3 sisters also very safe neighborhood for kids to ride scooters which was a plus for us

The property was centrally located and it was easy to get to local attractions and grocery stores. However, everything in the place could use an update. The shower was filthy and still had hair in the drain and there was trash and food remnants left in the kitchen. Things were not labeled outside so we weren’t sure what kayaks to use and the neighbors let their dogs run free (not an issue for us but certainly something to note).

It was wonderful! We’ll definitely e back for another visit. We especially enjoyed the location of this rental & the use of the kayaks. We were very close to manatee viewing and were able to enjoy them every day we were here. This rental had everything we needed.

Good location near Three Sisters Springs. property provides kayaks to renters. Can launch and paddle canal, just a few minutes to Springs.

The location was everything and then some! Close to all amenities in town and the springs. A comment on the listing, it didn’t mention the laundry was coin operated but they worked well. We didn’t use the kayaks so I can’t comment on them. The outdoor patio furniture was also not listed but a great bonus! The place worked well for us and we are already planning our next trip and plan to stay here. Thanks so much Pete

Close to everything. Enjoyed the dock, it was great to walk out of condo onto the dock and jump on our inflatable boat. Manatees in the canal.

We loved our stay in Crystal River. We visited to see manatees and were not disappointed - the property is a very short kayak from Three Sisters springs and had a lovely time kayaking and swimming with manatees.We had a couple of small issues which Pete dealt with quickly and he was also very responsive to our questions.

We had the greatest time as a family. This little condo was a great location. This was the first time any of us had been to the Crystal River area and we loved it and will be back again. Our host Pete was awesome and even made a point to meet us in person before we left. We had a wonderful visit and fell in love with the area.

Overall, it was a good place to stay. We would love to stay again because the location is perfect! When paddle boarding from your backyard is minutes away from three sister Springs and the island where everyone swims and hangs out it’s perfect when you don’t have a boat! The only 2 negatives we have are the beds are very worn and I would suggest hiring a new cleaning company because it wasn’t very clean however we still had a great time.

Is in the right location for various natural wonders rivers, springs, etc. Kayla’s provided we’re in rough shape. House is dated but comfortable
