Near Beach & Golfing: Port Aransas Condo w/ Deck

The place was perfect for our needs.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect for our needs. The walk to the beach wasn't far. The pool was ok, nothing fancy but was nice. The place was clean and fit all of us nicely with each their own room.

Pros:The location and condo were amazing! A short block to the beach and lots of room inside the condo to sleep and enjoy down time. The place was very clean and had all the kitchen appliances needed to prepare meals for the family. They provided beach chairs, wagon, pool toys and other stuff for the beach so you didn’t have to bring it. Cons:Door lock will not work! Can’t get in or leave the property without fighting with the lock for at least of half hour and don’t expect to get back in right away when you lock it. Can’t get ahold of the 2 guest contacts provided ever (through email or back to back phone calls) you just get sent to voicemail. Definitely put a damper on our trip as we all couldn’t enjoy the first night out on our VACATION as we couldn’t lock the dang door and spent hours on the phone with evolve trying to figure out what to do. EVOLVE was soooo helpful and were able to get me in touch with a 3rd contact (that was not provided at the time of booking) and he was so nice and very helpful. If it was not for him (I didn’t get his name but I believe he was the property owner) I would have requested a refund and left!!! He tried everything he could do to help us in and out but it was not working. Over all it was a OK experience but not being able to come and go as you please was definitely a burden.

I feel that the pictures were not an accurate representation of the house . The “pool” was no larger than my SUV. The house it’s self had a strong moldSmell that would almost knock you down when you walked through the door. Had loud neighbors that we had to constantly ask to move from our parking spots. Don’t feel that this worth the money paid forThis unit.

Was perfect for our shirt stay in Port A For wedding

There some things that need to be fixed for the stay to have been better.Dishwasher - couldn't get it to run. Had to hand-wash dishes. It kept pausing, had to hit resume and did that over and over for hours. Bathtub upstairs between 2 bedrooms wouldn't drain properly. Shower in upstairs yellow bathroom (attached to yellow bedroom) water wouldn't get hot. Had to shower downstairs. Kitchen hot water is on right side, not left. Tried that in shower but still didn't get hot.We didn't use washer/dryer but the light didn't work in utility room.AC works great.Nice having a dehumidifier in condo.The main picture shows Adirondack chairs but there is only a picnic table in back.

Condo was as described could have had a few more towels, but was a great stay. Had a few problems but Chuck got the problems fixed almost immediately

It was perfect! We went down to Port A to surprise my sister for graduation. There was plenty of room for all of us. The patio was nice to have morning coffee on. It was clean and cozy! We loved it! The fact that the beach is less than a mile walk was just the cherry on top. We spent A LOT of time at the beach!

This condo is in the perfect location, close to the beach and shops! We had enough room for 4 adults, two teenagers and one toddler. Maybe the condo was limited on supplies, so we bought what we needed! We also had to contact the owner a couple times and always received a quick response. My family and I couldn’t be more pleased with the condo and I will keep the information for our next beach getaway!

so . . . -we had 4 bowls for 8 adults -2 garbage bags for the main kitchen garbage tub (ended up using plastic bags from the other garbage cans and grocery store) -1 dish towel -ran out of dishwasher soap tabs -no wash cloths or bar soap in the bathrooms -we left the cockroach under the dishwasher alive and untouched.
