This three bedroom townhome is directly across from the back pool on the property and has a kiddie pool perfect for small children. This pool area also has a nice covered area if you bring along your lunch or grill out with your family.
The three bedrooms are upstairs. The family has plenty of room to relax downstairs in the living room with comfortable seating or gathered around the dining table with seating for six.
There is an outdoor patio and a nice lawn area behind the unit thatextends to the playground. Wide open spaces and walking path around the lake make the complex very desirable for families. Fishing is allowed in the lake. Inside the clubhouse you can enjoy the view of the lake as you get your daily exercise in the fitness center or challenge friends to a fun game of ping pong. The clubhouse veranda is a great place to read, relax, or enjoy visiting with friends and family.
Ocean Walk is within walking distance to Pier Village, lighthouse, playground, and wonderful restaurants. As you stroll to the village, you will pass Kings Park and Mallery Park with tennis, pickle ball, and basketball courts. Mallery Park has a baseball field and playground the kids are sure to love.
Ocean Walk community rules should be followed by all guests.
No bicycles can be stored in the breezeways.
No glass or pets in pool areas.
Pools close at 10:00 PM. No entry allowed.
Quiet time is from 11:00 PM until sunrise. Please be considerate of all residents and guests. No loud music or other audio. No loud voices or running and playing on stairs.
Please be respectful of the owner’s expenses by setting the A/C thermostat to 74 degrees or higher. Keep windows and doors closed when the A/C is in use.

    We had a great stay at the Ocean Walk condo. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the building was quiet. We found the complimentary soaps, detergent, and sunscreen to be a nice added touch. There were plenty of towels, silverware/dishes and linens for our family of 6. We chose to drive down to the pier, but you could walk if you wanted. The pools on the property were very nice and clean as well. Although the buildings were old and some updates to appliances are needed, we enjoyed our stay.

    We love Ocean Walk. It has so many amenities! The property managers were excellent and lightning fast at responding. This unit is terribly outdated. It has it's goods and bads. It is directly across the parking lot from the smaller pool. Makes it easy to throw dinner in the oven and go for a swim while dinner is baking. It has a screened in back porch which was really nice. It was big enough to accommodate all of us 5 people, 2 adults, 2 teens and a 3 year old. It's pet friendly! But, from the beginning when you walk up to the door the window screen is broken and fixed with duct tape. The screen on the porch in the back is also broken and fixed with duct tape.The key doesn't seem to want to open the door. The cleanliness was good only a few touch ups needed here and there. The tv remote is held together with tape. The kitchen does not have a usable cutting board. There are no measuring cups or spoons. The drawer pulls in the kitchen are either missing or spinning loose and falling off. The carpets are stained. There are missing light bulbs everywhere. The 2nd bath has towel bar racks with no towel bar and no way to hang up towels. The wall paper is peeling. The guest bedrooms have blinds that don't open or close. The master bath has a stained toilet. The master bath exhaust fan sounds like a propeller plane. The master shower sounds like a ship as the water gets stuck running through the pipes. I have pictures of some of these things just not sure how to attach them here.
