Mountain Experience with town convenience!

We had a great weekend here! The location could not have been better. We were right off the main road walking distance to everything! The room was nice. Not as clean as I would have hoped but comfortable. The upstairs/behind tenants could be heard as if they were in the same room. It was ok for the most part but they were quite loud for 8am on a Sat morning. All-in-all it was a great weekend and we enjoyed our stay.

The fireplace worked good, but the heat was not too good, but overall, my state was excellent

The room was clean. It was in the perfect location for a walk through town. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Would definitely stay here again. Great location to everything in Helen. We had great communication with the host. The condo is very clean!

great communication especially with the weather bringing snow for the weekend. Appreciated the pop by with salt and offering to bring more blankets. We really enjoyed the fireplace.

We went there to get married at the local chapel (highly recommend!) found this listing, booked it for several reasons, a hot tub being one, there is no hot tub at this particular unit, there are some on property but for those unit’s use. There is a nice jacuzzi tub, though. The bed was comfy. There is plenty of space for two. It is across from one of the best breakfast/bakery places ever! Now the only real complaints we have outside of the hot tub thing was; the shower head needs to be replaced or cleaned, not a good amount of water coming out of it, and the second is the carpet need to be cleaned, do not walk around barefoot or in white socks. I get it’s a vacation rental and normally don’t walk around barefoot, but even for a second and your feet or socks get filthy. Last con is, if there are people above you, just hope you’re not a light sleeper or that they aren’t up walking around all night, you can hear their every move! This place is super close to everything, all within walking distance which is great! Thanks to the host for allowing us to rent your place for our special occasion.

The location was perfect. The condo was perfectly clean and fit our needs. There was a jet tub but no hot tub which the add described and the fridge was a college fridge. A larger fridge would be needed for longer stays or putting more than a few items in. Overall a very good experience and would stay again.

My only disappointment was I thought the condo had a hot tub. That was my misunderstanding. The property is terrific and a great location. I had to message the host 1 time and ask a question but it was responded too very quickly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

The place was clean and cute. Perfect size for all we needed. Only complaint(and it wasn’t the fault of owner) was a child jumping off of furniture and screaming so loud it sounded like it was in our room. It was actually extreme and very disrespectful for all around(and below)them. But again I say it was not owners fault

The location of this property was amazing. The condo itself showed its age a bit. It seemed the basics such as paper towels, toilet paper etc weren’t refilled after the last guests left….we were only there 2 nights and had go out and buy our own because we ran out of both.

Its in a great location to walk to anywhere in Helen. The only problems we had were the upstairs people. They were so loud and when they walked it sounded as if they were going to come thru the ceiling. The apartment it's self was awesome, nice bed, well furnished.

We had a wonderful stay in Helen. The property is very close to many of the things to do in Helen. We were able to park the car and walk everywhere we wanted to go. Fantastic! The condo itself is very nice. Comfortable. Everything we were looking for!

We really enjoyed our trip. The accommodations were excellent, clean, comfortable and in a very good location. Booking, check-in and check-out was easy. The only thing that kept our overall rating from being excellent was noisy neighbors. The sound carries very easily there. We did understand however, this was no fault of the owners.

Up stairs ppl u can hear walking around and freezer needed to b cleared out.But it's close to everything and grocery store next door.

All was really good. Enjoyed and we will definitely return some day in the future. Would like to c some better lighting in the parking lot for night time arrivals. It was hard to c the addresses on the building

Exactly what we needed for only 2 of us. Condo is walking distance to downtown while being out of the hustle and bustle of the main street. Thank you.

We arrived after dark and with absolutely no lights in the parking lot or on the porches, we had to walk around with our phone flashlights searching for our place. I would suggest motion lights like some other places have or leave the light on for your guests. I'm just going to list the other issues: Comforter was messy and not clean/Blanket also had marks on it A couple pictures were crooked on the wall (just added to the rest of the issues) No dish towels Only one extra roll of toilet paper Shower door was very hard to open/close and the whole shower could have used an update Fake orchid in the bathroom had dust all over it Walls in the room had dust webs & markings where something was splash on them You pay a service fee, but yet you are expected to strip the bed, collect all towels and put in tub, wash the dishes (can only imagine some people's cleaning, so we washed everything before using), and take out the garbage which is at the other end of the building with a dumpster that is about 6ft tall - again in the dark with no lighting Jetted tub would stop and start on it's own I would suggest spot checking the cleaning service that you use and not have your guest be required to do the clean up or not charge a service fee.

Look forward to staying again. Had to contact the host for an issue and she was extremely nice and took care of us immediately.

We booked this apartment because of it’s location. We were at walking distance to almost everything especially where all the Oktoberfest festivities were happening. Location was really great and it was the best thing about the apartment. This “apartment” is really a suite like in a hotel with kitchenette, small fridge and bar height dining table/chairs. The bed linens as well as towels were washed with dirty kitchen towels because everything smelled like old cooking oil. Also the towels were old and one of them was ripped on the side. Another thing is that you will not get a good night sleep if somebody is staying upstairs because you can hear every footstep especially if their stomping around and running up/ down the stairs like when we stayed there. Loved the city and the festival but not sure if I would recommend the apartment due to cleanliness issues as well as noise

Perfect location and very convenient to everything. The space was clean and great space for the two of us. Off the street parking right in front of the room was so nice. Being so close to Betty’s, downtown, and the festival activities made this the best location. Bed is little firm but still comfortable. The screen porch and outdoor dining space is a nice feature as well.

We had a wonderful trip. The unit is in the perfect location. It is close to everything but still far enough away to not hear the music from the close by bars and restaurants. We will definitely be staying again.

Quaint little apartment right off the Main Street. Very well put together and a great location.

We walked in on the first day and it was like this is the best place that we have every stayed in .we were so happy with every one .couldn't have been any better we wish we could have stayed longer.It made us fill like we were home.thanks to the cleaning crew and everyone that help us on this stay .God bless you all.
