Mount Pleasant Condo - Near Charleston & Beaches!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. It’s 15 minutes to downtown Charleston and 15 minutes to Sullivans beaches what more could you ask for.

False listing of couch pullout bed, poor privacy on sliding door , missing two sections of curtains, barely working toaster , had to buy a new one, two uncomfortable chairs in living room, basic tv channels embarrassing, would not rent again.

In need of some painting and better maintenance on bathroom plumbing.

This is a great centrally located condo that is close to everything. The place has everything you need to make it feel like home. It was a very quiet area while we were here. We would stay here again.

The location of this condo is perfect for those looking to visit the Charleston area. Downtown Charleston, beautiful beaches or shopping districts are all 10-15 minutes away. We celebrated 2 birthdays and Easter and the kitchen had everything I needed (with the exception of a hand mixer) to prepare homemade breads, cakes and an Easter feast. Love the kitchen as well as the cooking and bakeware. Nice variety of spices on hand. Condo and was well stocked with starter items from coffee, dish soap, toilet paper to paper towels. The property manager was prompt in responding to any questions. Definitely an older condo complex but the combination of the above reasons and the great value will be the reason we return to the Cozy Condo!! Thank you !!

Villi’s apartment is wonderful. We stayed for about 2 1/2 months. Below are a few quick highlights: 1. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and safe. No issues with noise in the slightest. 2. The apartment is extremely well stocked - kitchen equipment is great (instant pot, pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc.). 3. The apartment is clean and neat. There were never any issues with bugs, smells or pests. 4. The apartment is in a fantastic location - 15 minutes to downtown, shopping centers within 10 minutes, multiple grocery stores within 5. 5. Villi is responsive and helpful! We never had any issues she was unable to resolve (honestly we never really had any issues - the only thing we needed help with was changing the batteries on the door lock). 6. The beds are unbelievably comfortable - seriously, when we left I got the brand of the beds so that we can buy our own. Honestly, if you’re considering staying in Charleston and don’t absolutely NEED to be downtown, choose here. It’s quiet, convenient and clean.

Lovely find in a quiet and friendly residential neighborhood with plenty of green spaces and close to downtown, restaurants, shopping, beaches and more. Owner was very attentive and made sure to provide an inviting place for us to call home for a month and a half. Hope to return to this cozy condo!

From check-in to check-out the process could not have been easier or more pleasant, or the apartment more perfect. We hoped to explore Mt. Pleasant and Charleston for a few months and spend some time near the beach and discovered an incredible town, easily accessible, that felt like home. In no small part because of our experience with this apartment.

Quiet and peaceful yet only 10-25 minutes to downtown Charleston.

Nice updated place on the inside. The building and grounds outside are dated. The second bedroom bed only had one mattress on it.
