    This property is perfect for your stay in Portland it was in driving distance to all the activities we had planned. The view of Mt. St. Helens was specular, and the weather was just perfect coming from Louisiana with all the humidity. Loved the community fridge!!! This will be our place to stay when we visit Portland again. Highly recommended this luxury penthouse it was super clean and had all the amenities to make your stay perfect. Grocery store right in front of property which we loved.

    The property is perfect for both a short or long getaway. Newly remodeled with all the amenities, secured parking spot, straight across the driveway and down a half flight of stairs to Zupans fine grocery. Five minute, straight shot in to downtown via car. And great view east on a clear day. We didn’t have any issues, but the owner was quick to respond to questions and great to work with. Thank you; our stay was exactly what we needed.

    I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this penthouse condo. The place is exactly as advertised and all the amenities worked well. The location is close to a lot of the attractions/restaurants we wanted to visit and having a grocery market (Zupan's) within walking distance is helpful. The hosts were super gracious and provided all the check-in info needed to access the condo easily. They even preheated the place so we were able to enter a nice and toasty home upon arrival. One quick item I'd like to mention is the cleanliness when we arrived. I found an old used sock by the left side of the bed and long strands of hair in the shower and inside the bedding (sheets). There were also dishes inside the dishwasher that doesn't appear to be clean. These are super minor things but perhaps a good reminder for their cleaning service to be a tad more thorough. Overall, I would stay here again and have already recommended it to my friends and family.

    Blakes home was extremely beautiful and very clean. There is a brand new king size bed with comfy pillows. The entire apartment is upgraded beautifully with nice technology. The area is very quiet and easily accessible. there is food within walking distance. definitely will be saving this listing as a favorite for the future.

    The condo had everything that we needed. It was comfortable and well maintained. It is conveniently located near downtown Portland. The owner was very helpful in suggesting places for us to go and vineyards to see in the Willamette Valley. The only reason that I do not give 5 stars is because there was construction going on at the complex during our stay. We didn't find this too bothersome, but it did preclude us from using the outside balcony of the apartment. However, this is a wonderful, well maintained unit, and I recommend it.
