Modern Condo only Minutes from Deadwood & Sturgis!

The condo was cute however some dishes were dirty. There was no way to turn on the shower in one bathroom.

Overall it was a nice place: was able to check in early. Cleaning lady was very pleasant and showed me how to use the keypad to unlock door. Not so good was: the couch was very uncomfortable, floor mats in one of the bathrooms were dirty, no screen on sliding glass door, dispensers in shower were not filled and the worst thing was that Brett did not communicate with us. After our initial contact, he did not respond to any of our texts or messages sent through VRBO.

This was the third time we have stayed here. It's right where we need to be for our daily adventures. We know that it is clean, comfortable and quiet. More seating in the living room would be nice, but we just make sure we have our folding chairs to use. The deer wander through the parking lot ... We love it

The property was just fair. They should not advertise free internet because it is for the entire condo building and we basically could not use it. I texted the host on the first day to see if they had any ideas on making the internet work and never got a reply or acknowledgment. Very disappointing. The shower soap dispenser is empty (discovered after getting in shower.) The air conditioning unit was so dirty we turned it off because of the smell. The lg. drip coffee pot does not work. (Discovered after we had filled it with water and coffee grounds.) The living room had one couch for 4 adult guests (two couples). We had to pull the patio chairs in so we could all sit. The couch was so bad when we sat on it we went almost to the floor. There is no dinning room table as stated in the description, just a living room cocktail table. The tap water tasted really bad and the ice too which dispenses from the refridgerator. We bought water and bagged ice.

This property claimed to sleep six, but only comfortably slept four. Two of our guests had to sleep on a very dirty and uncomfortable pullout sofa with a very thin mattress. They could feel the bars and springs through it. We ended up having to move it onto the floor. Although it was still quite uncomfortable, it was the best alternative. I would recommend this for anyone with a smaller group of four or less people that are OK with sharing two queen beds. The host had good communication and the property was mostly clean other than the mattress in the sofa bed and the toilet bowls. It was close to everything, and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Property was just as described.

The only issue was the door lock. It sometimes took 30 minutes to get in. Not a great experience on vacation. Property manager did everything she could over the phone. She was very helpful. I think it just might need to be replaced with a better model. Otherwise I was very happy with the unit and all services. I would stay again!

We had a few issues with seating. There were no chairs, few amenities like foil in the kitchen. We had. 3 coffe pods for four people for 3 days. 2 soap pods for the dish washer and we had to turn the water on to one of the toilets. The worst part was the walkway from parking lot to sliding glass doors. One of our guests fell. It's hazardess with uneven steps.

CONDO WAS AWESOME! BRETT WAS AWESOME! We came with 2 trucks with trailers and atv's. No where to park required to park on street with 72 hr limit . First come first serve if coming on weekend you will not have amywhere to park street with

Tv was hit and miss. Sent message to agent on first day and he never tesponded for 5 days. Kitchen cabinet door held closed with tape.

Very good except the soap and shampoo dispensers were empty.

Location was nice for what we needed and place was sufficient. As soon as part of us arrived we realized the internet wasn’t working. We reached out in several ways but couldn’t get it fixed or any appropriate response. It was very disappointing because we felt like it could be an easy fix if we could have gotten a call back. Also, the place wasn’t very clean. Stray hairs in the bathroom, toothpaste in the sink. Only one full roll of toilet paper for four people. Just not quite up to my standards.

We loved the condo. It was very clean and it made us feel very welcomed and comfy. We can't wait till we find another time to come to the hills and stay again. Will definitley tell others about it so they can stay there also when they visit the black hills. Also very affordable i thought to.

Fairly nice condo overall, only has AC in the living room. Two main bedrooms with attached bathrooms which was awesome. Could have been a bit cleaner... the floor was quite dirty and the bathrooms need a deep clean. Probably would stay again if in the area.

Our stay was good. The living room furniture wasn’t very comfortable and the chairs were very uncomfortable by the counter.
