Modern Condo Downtown in the French Quarter - walk to EVERYTHING!

The host was awesome. Left snacks for us. Who doesn’t love snacks? I recommend this place. It was amazing.

What a great place to stay in a super location! We walked everywhere and lived in luxury!

The property is as advertised and presented. The location is perfect for visiting Charleston. Tons of room and very nicely appointed.

Easy to reserve; instructions were detailed and thorough; located in walking distance to much of historic district, restaurants and market. Condo was clean, modern and comfortable. Only issue was Live TV-for some reason we could not access live television as described in the manual. Not that big a deal, as we were out and about for most of our stay. Would have been nice to catch up on news before we turned in.

This condo is very nice and well cared for - Beds are comfortable, high tech features and right in downtown Charleston. However, the trash trucks empty bins right below the master bedroom at 4:00 a.m. every morning and construction next door started around 5:30 a.m.!! It ruined our trip as we were groggy most of the time. Napping was difficult too as traffic and people noise were persistent.

Everything in the spacious and beautifully appointed condo was perfect. Our gracious host really made us feel welcome and anticipated guests’ needs. With the incredible array of restaurants right out your front door, you wouldn’t need to cook, but you could create a gourmet meal with the array of kitchen necessities. Mere minutes on foot to the waterfront park and pier, market and tons of restaurants and cute shops. Walk out your front door and explore history and architecture! You really couldn’t get a better location for strolling . Building was very secure. We would love to stay again, wouldn’t change a thing.

The location was outstanding. The beds were amazingly comfortable. Our only complaint is that there is very limited water pressure in the showers. Also would have been great if ice maker was working. But overall it was a wonderful place to stay and we will definitely stay here again when we return to Charleston.

This property is an excellent choice for your stay in Charleston. My husband along with another couple booked the property while attending the LPGA Women’s Open in May 2019. We quickly realized what a great location the property was to restaurants, shopping, etc in the heart of Charleston. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. From directions to the property, check in, detailed notebook of technology and property amenities- you feel good about your choice. Property is upgraded with high end furnishings. Would definitely book again.

Clean and updated condo in heart of historic Charleston. Condo is spacious with a lot of extra amenities. Everything was very clean. Communication with owner and manager were very timely with easy check in/out process. Would definitely stay here again!
