Stayed Nov 1, 2025Loved this unit, especially the big east facing patio. The unit is close to the community pool and has a grassy area across from it. The great room was super comfy for lounging around. No complaints. Managers were quick to respond to any requests.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969When we first arrived, we noticed that the carpet in the living room was quite dirty, as well as the couch, which had a lot of stains on it. We got in touch with the management company and they immediately sent out cleaners to take care of it. Once that was done, they needed to send out someone to repair the garage door, as well as a plumber to unplug the master shower drain and the main bathroom hot water faucet. So there were a number of issues initially that we weren’t happy with. But the management company was really great to deal with. Thank you Ashley! Overall, the 5 weeks that we spent there were enjoyable. We loved watching the golfers out back, and the beds were very comfortable. Suggestions: Kitchen: a few extra items like a kettle, whisks and ladles were bought as there weren’t any there. Would have been really nice to have an air fryer. But we understand this is not a normal expectation. Outside patio: more comfortable furniture. The eating table and chairs out there are flimsy, and a couple of loungers would have been great. As well as a fire pit for the cooler days and nights. I don’t believe we will stay there again. It was average in terms of accommodations, and we had a much better experience the year before when we stayed in the same complex, but a different unit. Thank goodness the management company was fantastic to deal with.

Stayed Mar 17, 2022Very dated. Bathrooms were nice because were renovated. Old oven, dishes, cutlery, bbq was terrible. No spices or oil, so bought some to leave for the next renters. Furniture was 1970’s and dirty. TV in master was trying to watch on a toaster.

Stayed Mar 1, 2022We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was spacious and exceptionally clean. The location was superb with easy access to the golf courses, tennis courts and to the Rancho Las Palmas Resort restaurants and spa. I would certainly rent this property again.
