Minutes to the Beach, Douglas, & Saugatuck!

This is an awesome condo all around! We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again soon!

This property is superbly located near all of the attractions in the area. The condo is immaculate and comfortable. It would be an ideal place to spend a week or more. The pool is a great amenity.

Great property, clean, easy check in and the host checked on us to make sure everything was ok. We were able to check in early which was great. The location is minutes from everything we wanted to do. There were games, puzzles which we enjoyed on a raining evening. We loved the coffee/tea drawer, we all went one in our house! Overall it was a wonderful place for girls weekend. Would definitely book again.

Nice spacious unit. Clean and tidy. Perfect location.The only issue (and it did not present a problem) was that we could hear footsteps in the unit above from time to time.

Condo was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Even though it was a holiday weekend the pool was not overly crowded plenty of chairs around the pool even though quite a few there. Outdoor grill was clean with plenty of gas. Both beds were super comfortable and plenty of pillows to choose just the right one.

Great location, lovely condo with peaceful setting frequented by wildlife. Loved the access to Isabela's across the parking lot, and close to Douglas beach for sunset viewing.

The condo met all of our needs. Great location. Walk to Isabella‘s market in less than a minute.Clean and well stocked. Fast Internet. Great pool. Gas fire pits were a treat. Comfy beds.Definitely would return.

Clean and quiet condo. Extremely well stocked and great location. The market next door is super convenient for grab and go items or something to cook out. The condo even had pool towels and beach chairs! 10/10

The condo was exactly as stated. Kitchen was well stocked, nice community pool. Loved being an end unit. Easy access to your vehicle. We were so close to Douglas Beach, and Sagatuck. Would stay here again.

A few teacher friends and I stayed here to celebrate the end of the school year, and it was the perfect place to relax and unwind! The house was beautiful and clean and fully stocked with anything we could need. The accommodations were comfortable and the hosts were very communicative. We will definitely be back! Great property!

The Condo was exactly as described in the listing. Very modern kitchen, upgrades throughout and the location of the condo in the complex was ideal. Will definitely stay here again.

Accommodations were top notch. High end cookware, just like home, except we didn’t cook. So many places nearby and in Saugatuck. Penny Royal was a delightful surprise. All the rooms were clean & comfortable. We also enjoyed the fireplace more than the pool as it was a bit of a chilly Michigan spring even in June. Outside patio was a nice place for coffee in the morning, watching deer, just like home. Josh & Crista communicated clearly and in a timely manner in all ways. Definitely would recommend

Good location and value. Perfect place for 3 of us. We’ve been coming to the area for Thanksgiving weekend to enjoy time cutting down Christmas tree and enjoying being together for 30+ years. This condo served us well.

This was a perfect location and property for our party of 4 (2 couples). We enjoyed being close to both Douglas and Saugatuck. Added bonus - DRAG BINGO across the street Sunday morning? Can it get better? I think not. The beds were comfortable, showers had good pressure, living room was comfortable and the kitchen was big enough we could have cooked a meal (if we hadn't eaten out every time). We would stay here again, and are looking forward to our next visit to the area!

Property was well maintained in a great location and very comfortable.

We had a great time on our annual get-away with our daughter's family. The condo was updated with lots of amenities and very clean. We loved the pool and our time at Oval Beach. The playgrounds at Douglas Elementary School and Saugatuck were huge hits with our granddaughters, aged 2 and 4. Isabel's, the market next door, has lots of goodies! We will definitely return!

Beautiful home and great location. A short 10-15 minute walk from Lake Michigan, close to restaurants and bars and a short drive to downtown. We had a blast!

Love this property! The beach is minutes away and the pool is amazing. I like that there is a pool house with bathrooms so we didn’t have to trek back to the condo every time. The condo is beautiful and very well stocked with everything you need. I would stay here again!
