Minutes from Airport-Casinos-Shopping-Desert Attractions

Had a great stay in March 2023 at Arthur and Danielle's place in Moutain View Villas Rancho Mirage. They are excellent hosts very accommodating and friendly. The Condo is in a nice gated community with lots of open space tennis courts and pools. The condo itself is in a great location within the community. The condo was being updated when we stayed. It was extremely well equipped with many new linens and housewares.

Dani and Art were very tentative to our needs. Very quick and response. Condo has all up-to-date appliances and everything that we could possibly need and then some. Very comfortable stay!

Arthur places it is very nice and it is pleasure to stay at his place. Arthur is very easy going person and his is very informative and flexible.

The owners were very nice people and I wish I could give their condo a good review but I can't. The condo was old, gritty and dirty. The furniture was musty and broke down. It was not a good experience.

This property had everything I could think of and more - it was clean & comfortable and very conveniently located.

Thank you for the awesome upgrades to the patio, and taking care of all of our other needs, and more!!!! Also We loved using your fruit picker, we enjoyed the lemons, grapefruit oranges, sweet and fresh off the trees, plus all of the other treats you so graciously passed on to us. We were knocked over by the smell when the door to the unit was open.The unit needed a serious cleaning with the kitchen cupboards ,appliances and walls having a greasy film on them. The hot water tank was turned off and had been for the stay of the previous tenant. The owner did have the carpets and furniture cleaned and purchased new frying pans and kettle to replace the rusted out ones. The shower door had a make shift repair on it that lasted a week before we could not use the one shower door. It was difficult to adjust the temperature for the shower and turn off the water.The furniture was old. We had to take the cushions from the love seat and use them on the chair and chesterfield to provide some comfort. Toss cushions were used to provide some back support. NBC was the only local TV station but Netflix and HBO and others were available.Had we the option of canceling the reservation and getting something else we would have.

Arthur and Danielle are extremely nice hosts. There were many more things available at his house than I could imagine: tennis racquet, floats,, sunscreen, bakeware, hand soap, dish soap, detergents, shampoo, printer-fax-copier, printing paper, fruit picker, board games and so on. I don't think I can use my words to describe their willingness to offer their guests the best experience. Very nice, clean and peaceful community. Definitely will come back.

Very nice Villa, all the comforts of home and very quiet too. Great neighborhood, gated community. Owner very considerate and takes care of any problem very fast. Would definitely stay there again!
