Stayed Oct 11, 2021Great property, quality response from management when maintenance issue arose. Clean, quiet, walkable to the beach, minutes means more 10-15 than a couple which is fine just not what I had in my head. Car is necessary for supplies however. Great place for an affordable price. Would recommend!

Stayed Oct 6, 2025This is our second year at this home. We stayed in the other half last year. The home is a perfect size for us as a couple. The home is spotless, comfortable inside and out, and the location in Dennis Port makes it a perfect home base for the week. The kitchen is very well appointed with quality cookware and dishes. The dead end street is very quiet. Looking forward to next year.

Stayed Sep 26, 2025We truly enjoyed our stay at this house. Everything was very clean. The decor and layout were so adorable. It had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable. The location was convenient to everything and a peacefully, quiet neighborhood. The beach was a short distance away; we went down to watch the sunrise which was absolutely beautiful. We would definitely stay here again. It was the perfect place for some much needed time away.

Stayed Jun 28, 2025Spent the week of June 29th with my son, his wife and my daughter's 2 children. We loved the location and the cottage was very clean. Only drawback was no dishwasher. The owners were very receptive to our inquiries and were prompt with responses. I wiuld definitely return in the future.
