Manhattan Suite-Where Luxury and Location Meet/ In The Heart of Historic Chas.

Excellent place to stay. Very clean. You can walk to everything. Matt was our contact and he was excellent. Quick responses and went above and beyond for us. We highly recommend this place to stay while in Charleston. Loved It.

The location of this unit was excellent, all major attractions were in walking distance. This is a very old building with lots of charm. It is very small but functional. Lots of great restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Parking is somewhat expensive in the next door parking garage but very convenient. If you have a handicap placard for your vehicle then surprisingly the parking is free. We enjoyed our stay, owner was very accommodating and answered all questions

Parking was expensive, but convenient. Location was noisy. I'd recommend earplugs for future visitors. The location can't be beat!

Great location. Clean and well stocked with toiletries, tissue and Keurig. Recommend bringing ear plugs; but otherwise, walkable to many main attractions. Host is very responsive.

We were disappointed about a few things. First, there was no hot water in the master bedroom. The heating system is very noisy. And lastly, and very upsetting, I asked several times about the parking. VRBO said there was parking for 16 per night. The host/owner directed us to a lot that was 24 per 24 hours, which we wanted because it was convenient. It was 24 for every 12 hours! Parking for 2 days was 72. That's a big difference. So the information was not accurate.

Matthew was very accommodating and answered questions right away. The location was fantastic. The elevator is quirky, but, part of the experience. We laughed about it everytime we got in. The condo was stylish, clean and close to great restaurants. We went to Matador downstairs which was very good. Loved being so close to King Street for shopping and the City Market/Waterfront areas a few blocks away. The parking deck was convenient, but, rather pricey. That would be my only complaint, but, you are in the middle of a busy city in a great location. Trucks do deliver food to the restaurant in the mornings and trash is picked up early, so there is some road noise to be expected. Overall, it was a great experience.

The location is perfect. Getting into the apartment is a bit of a chore, but manageable. The noise level starting at 3 and 4am should be noted. I am sure this is due to the restaurants that are close; but garage trucks, delivery trucks, street sweepers are VERY loud even for hard sleepers. Not terrible but be aware as you may need a sound machine or white noise to block it out to rest. Comfy beds! Also be aware the Master shower has a half glass and if you enjoy a hot shower, this setup makes it tough; but otherwise works well.

The house was clean, comfortable and had good amenities. It was centrally located. The host was very accommodating and responsive.

Great place to stay and a great location.

Parking was easy, but more clear instructions on how to get from the parking garage with our luggage would have been appreciated. Drop off luggage prior to parking on the street so you don't have to drag it down a flight of stairs and around the corner to the elevator would have been helpful. This is what we did when we checked out and did not have any problems. other wise everything was perfect!

Great apartment in an amazing location. Roomy master bedroom, nice bathrooms. Televisions could’ve been updated but everything was lovely. Host was responsive and very considerate.

Matt was wonderful to deal with and very responsive. Inside amenities were perfect. There was no lighting at the downstairs entrance, making nighttime entry a little difficult. Location is walking distance to popular downtown area!

Perfect stay in Charleston. We walked everywhere and convenient to shopping, food, and all the sights. Please note the street noise is real and it goes on all night. Other than that we fully enjoyed our stay and the amenities.

Other than not having access to an elevator the first 24 hours , we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Spacious unit in an excellent downtown location.

Really wanted to avoid a hotel room stay and got so lucky finding this “Manhattan Suite” mini- apartment with the perfect location. Our stay was 3 nites and not once did we need a car! Walked to fantastic restaurants like Church & Union and rooftop bars. Very comfortable place to relax and we could catch up in our own space. Matt was a great host who was always available for my questions and sent me a series of helpful emails regarding check in etc. if you have two couples or less this would be the place to stay! I would definitely come back and stay I loved it!

Great location! We were in walking distance to almost everything we wanted to visit. And our car was conveniently park in the garage right around the corner. We stayed in Manhattan suite which had two bedrooms, two full baths, kitchenette and living room. Beautiful clean space. If you are not use to city noise bring your earplugs. It maybe a bit noisy at 5:30-6:00 am (garbage trucks). Other than that, great place! Much better than hotel (in our opinion). #realtorTatyanaMakarov

This is an absolutely amazing suite! So beautiful and comfortable! The history of the location is so interesting and we are glad we were able to experience. Within walking distance to everything. We ate at the restaurant downstairs and the food was wonderful! Thank you for making this yearly trip with my daughter and grandaughter amazing. We will definitely stay here again.

The property manager was very accommodating to our specific needs while there. The place was clean and in the heart of the city which was great. The only issue we had was the entrance to the building elevator. The security door was open multiple times bc it had not been shut securely.

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect location and beautiful inside. Parking was super easy and close. We walked everywhere and can't wait to go back.

It was a super location for walking to attractions in downtown Charleston. The apartment was nicely decorated with shades of historic elements. Because it was the hub of downtown, expect city sounds such as garbage and delivery trucks during the early morning weekdays.

The location was fantastic and the place was very comfortable for our family. We had a rental car but never had to park in the garage because we were always able to find street parking right around the building.

Matt’s instructions came on time and were clear and easy to follow. We found it easily and arrived to a clean spacious 2 bedroom suite with nice size living area. We appreciated that it was well stocked with amenities. Location was perfect. We were able to walk to all of our wedding venues and we strolled around King St. in our spare time. We will definitely stay again on our return to Charleston.

We had the best time in Charleston and our stay at the Manhattan suite was a huge part of that. The unit was well laid out and appointed and the location was fantastic. We were able to walk everywhere.

The location was very convenient and we enjoyed the comfortable suite. What impressed me most was the considerate communication from the manager. He alerted us to the early availability of the rooms, which was so appreciated due to our early arrival from the airport. He also quickly responded to a request to leave bags in the room Sunday morning so we could get to Church before flying out later in the day. These two acts of kindness made the place for us!

First time staying downtown and the suite was nice and very convenient for walking and eating. Minor issue is how slow the elevator is but everything else was great. Parking isn't included so you need to account for parking in the deck close by.

Cute apartment, well-maintained and clean. Had everything we needed for a long weekend in the city. Very walkable. Communication, check-in, and check-out all super easy.

Loved this place! The location couldn't have been any better...we didn't have to move our car all weekend. I loved the look and atmosphere of the place...historical/modern, is that a thing, lol?! Exceptionally clean (and I am very picky!) Enjoyed access to the outdoor patio even though we didn't have a lot of time to use it. Only problem is that we didn't stay more nights. Maybe next time!

Kitchen facilities are minimal. Entry is difficult when you have luggage. Parking is a drawback and expensive and is difficult to drag luggage from facility to entrance

We were in Charleston for a wedding and this location put us exactly where we needed to be without the giant price tag that the nearby hotels required. The apartment is very nicely appointed, clean, comfortable, and felt more spacious than I expected. It had everything we needed. The location is absolutely ideal. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great location. A little noisy Monday AM with the garbage trucks and deliveries. The two Bedrooms were well appointed and the layout was great. We had a few issues with the Unit however the property manager was responsive and on it.

We loved our stay in Charleston. It was so nice to have a little more space than a hotel. With our teenage daughter, it was great to have 2 full bathrooms and a seperate living room. The host was extremely responsive to questions, he went above and beyond. Highly recommended!

Steps from the Market, King Street, and amazing restaurants. The Manhattan suite is so very spacious and comfortable. 1 of the 2 bathrooms has a tub that's perfect for soaking! The area at night is lively, so some street noise can be heard from the bedrooms late into the night. That's expected for the area, and ear buds were enough to cancel the noise. Would 100% stay again!

The location and parking was perfect.

Two couples stayed in the property in July. It was absolutely in the middle of everything downtown. This was our first time in Charleston. We had no problems or issues with anything on property. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Our condo was strategically located to many excellent restaurants that we could walk for dinner. Only took the car to restaurant in Mt. Pleasant and Folly Fields to try restaurants recommended by friends. We always felt safe when out and about. Great location.
