This restful seaside home has been renovated and features a fun surfer theme with soothing colors, natural decor & soft, cozy furniture. The rooms of this condo are all on one level -- there are no stairs within the unit after you take the community elevator (or public stairwell) to the first floor and walk into the front door. With an open floor plan layout between the living room, dining room and kitchen areas, the Sunny Side Up provides its guests with plenty of opportunity to interact and enjoy one another's company while also having separate areas for individual down time.



Sunny Side Up is located within the gated resort community of Wild Dunes Resort on Isle of Palms. The resort is beautifully landscaped with lush, tropical vegetation and is home to two fantastic golf courses. There are several restaurants, two bars, a market, an ice cream shop and spa within the resort. Guests of Sunny Side Up are also welcome to rent bikes and ride along the bike paths that run throughout the resort.

Guests enter Sunny Side Up by taking the building's elevator (or the community staircase) to the 1st floor and entering the front door of the home (Unit 505). Once you enter the front door, you will find the kitchen, dining & living room areas. Both of the home's bedrooms and bathrooms are located off of the kitchen and dining room areas. You'll enjoy the peaceful views of the community pool & Isle of Palms Marina from the kitchen, dining & living room areas as well as the master bedroom. You may access the covered screened porch from either the living room or the primary suite. There is a full sized washing machine & dryer near the kitchen.



Sunny Side Up is located within The Moorings residential community in the Wild Dunes Resort on Isle of Palms. Please be mindful of this residential character of the home during your stay.

    Everything was great except the air conditioning was not very good. The condo was very warm inside and no matter what we could not get the air conditioner to cool it, even durning the night it was so hot we couls not get any restful sleep.

    We had an amazing time. The condo had almost everything we needed. We especially loved that there were beach chairs and beach towels. That is pretty rare! When you fly having little things matter! Also, spices!! Beds were very comfy. We loved the resort, beach and all the beautiful homes!! My only complaint was the 2 queen bedroom had no closet and there wasn’t much room for luggage. Nevertheless, we made it work! Appreciate sharing your vacation home with us.

    we had a great stay. the condo was cute, clean, air conditioner worked great, and it had the best pool included. Beware you can hear the people above you. Also when we initially booked this place they included two parking spots. more information was sent prior to the stay and it was changed to one parking space. it was huge bummer and we had to move our car situation around because of it. Long walk to the beach but worth the stay! I would recommend to friends and family!

    It was a nice, clean condo. The bottle of wine and cookies were a great touch!! We had three adults and wish the room with two beds had closet access. The provided dresser was helpful, but a place to hang clothes would’ve been great. Other than that, we had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay.

    We had a wonderful stay. My 12 year old girls especially loved the pool, and it was so nice to sit on the back porch to watch them. Screened in back porch was fabulous, and we loved the sunsets and view of the marina. The beaches were close enough to drive to and the owners were very easy to get in touch with when needed. Sullivan’s Island may be my all-time favorite beach to escape the crowds and was an easy drive each day. Harris Teeter store so close and convenient. Thank you so much very much for having us! Everything was wonderful!

    Sunny Side Up is a wonderful getaway! Clean, convenient, and comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the pool & marina. The pics represent it well! We enjoyed walking along the marina & throughout the area. The only concern we had was the parking. We only had one car & we had a hard time getting parking in the requested location (we were told to park in the outside spots, not in the garage.) Often when we went out & came back, there were no spots available outside. I'm not sure if this was unusual or not, but it was the only challenging part of the trip. Otherwise, just delightful!
