Luxury Studio Flat in Downtown Newberg - Suite #4

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and I would have given this property five stars, but it is extremely noisy there being right on Highway 99 and the railroad tracks. I’m not sure if trains are actively using the railroad tracks, but the sound of large trucks and people with trailers hitting the tracks is really annoying. The room itself was awesome and we loved it. The property did provide earplugs which we probably should’ve used, but we don’t like sleeping with earplugs so we chose not to. Communication five stars. We would stay there again but utilize either a noise machine or earplugs.

Newburgh is a great place to visit. The Yamhill suites was awesome because it was right in the middle of town walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. I would definitely visit there again.

The unit itself was well appointed and was very comfortable for a small space. It was perfect for our needs. We did not like the common areas which seemed like low income housing.

The room was great nicely furnished. Only complaint was the odor, reminded me of adhesive, maybe due to the room being closed up. Great room in all.

Everything we needed for a long weekend! Full kitchen was used for breakfasts while the apartment was near shops and restaurants. Social Goods was amazing! Got the Newberg pizza and a ceasar salad. So good. Apartment was perfectly sized for two. Bed was very comfy, appreciated the convenience of media and TV, and grateful for the fully stocked bathroom. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Flat was a great space, nice park across street for our pup, walking distance to plenty of food and shopping options. Parking was a breeze for the longer excursions.

The property was super clean and had all of the amenities one would need. It was highly walkable near restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery and parking was super easy. I would definitely stay here again!

Right in downtown...just a short walk to good restaurants. The suite was spotless, cozy and welcoming. They thought of everything!

Had a great weekend at Yamhill Flats. The location was perfect and walking to all downtown restaurants. The bed was so comfortable. Great homey feeling which was nice after a long travel.

Lovely rehab and decor. The welcome basket was perfect. Need grab bar in shower and the conditioner dispenser was clogged. The entry to the building and the very steep stairs were difficult.

Staff were hospitable and welcomed my stay with local treats. The apartment was cute, cozy, and conveniently located in downtown Newberg.

Check in process and communication was terrific and seamless. Property is in a very convenient location to restaurants, bars etc. Certainly beats a hotel room!

The accommodations were clean, comfortable and well located to Oregon wine country. We highly recommend and plan to use in the future.

This was my 2nd time staying at Yamhill Flats and it was the perfect home away from home. Communication with property managers was prompt and the welcome bottle gift (bottle of wine, coffee and popcorn) was a thoughtful touch. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, spices and tinfoil so preparing meals was effortless. Very comfortable bed and tidy/clean bathroom. Would highly recommend staying here.
