.... This condo unit has Excellent breathtaking views overlooking the pool and Atlantic Ocean from living / dining area, kitchen, and master bedroom. Beautiful complete renovation 2018 with new flooring and ALL new furnishings. Fresh, comfy and relaxing coastal interior design that is so welcoming youwill never want to leave. The one level floor plan is open and spacious with gorgeous views and ease of access to the pool and beach. New Hardwood floors throughout living quarters and bedrooms, ceramic tile in the entryway, kitchen and bathrooms. Granite Counter-tops in Kitchen. Large flat-screen TV in living room; all bedrooms have a flat-screen TV as well. This condo has the closest access to the gated community pool and beach boardwalk right off your private deck / balcony. The steps off your private deck, beach boardwalk, pool and gardens are gated and private to the complex (Code entry required). This unit is PRIME location with just a short walk to local shops and restaurants across the street and nearby. During your stay enjoy a trip to downtown historic Charleston which is only 15 minuets away.
Sleeping accommodations for up to a strict / maximum of 6 guests ONLY.... we do NOT want or allow additional guests sleeping on the sofas. No children under the age of 5 years old. No Smoking! ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED by HOA or Homeowner!

Rules:
* Absolutely NO house parties, weddings, bachelor / bachelorette parties, fraternities, youth groups or groups of students allowed! This is a Strict / Enforced rule.

* Absolutely NO Pets, and NO more than 6 guests allowed. If pets or more than 6 guests are found you will be asked to vacate the property forfeiting all monies. This is a Strict / Enforced rule. We do not want additional guests sleeping on the sofas.

* Absolutely NO kayaks, boats, paddle boards, surfboards, sports equipment, etc. allowed or stored inside or on the back deck of the condo unit (This is against HOA policy). You may leave them in your vehicle or downstairs in the covered garage near the bike rack (Not interfering with parking spots) at your own risk.

* No rowdy horseplay inside condo unit. There are other neighbors with renters as well as other homeowners in the building and we would like our guests to be respectful and mindful of them.

* This unit is monitored by an outdoor video surveillance system to ensure added safety to our guests as well as allowing the ability to enforce our condo rules as well as HOA rules.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. Located in the heart of the action in Isle of Palms- walkable distance to many restaurants. Beach front property with community pool and easy beach access. The hostess is super accommodating and accessible. Plenty of communication given with detailed description on check in/out procedures. Condo has fully equipped kitchen and is spacious and comfortable. This condo truly offers it all!

    This beachfront rental was perfect. Clean, everything needed to cook or close to great restaurants if you don’t. The beach is out your back door. Quiet unit and parking is easy.

    From the moment we opened the door we were captivated by the beautiful beach views. The home is beautifully decorated with tasteful accents and a sand and pale turquoise color pallet. The beds were all very comfortable and the three bathrooms were clean and updated and worked out perfectly for our adult family of three couples. We loved the outdoor deck - also nicely furnished and decorated with easy access to the beach and pool right from the deck. Perfect location near great restaurants and shops but a very quiet family feel. We loved it and can’t wait to return!

    This was without a doubt the best vacation rental experience we have ever had. From communication with the owner, to the location to the views, everything. My family arrived the day before me and I was bombarded with texts about how perfect and how clean it was, how well it fit our needs, I could go on. We certainly plan on renting this same property again the next time we vacation in Charleston.

    We enjoyed our time. It’s is literally steps to the beach. The condo was in great shape, very clean and well equipped. Communication with the owner was great and timely. Jaimee recommended a local pool chair company that was amazing and reasonably price. Plenty of dining within walking distance. Also, Charleston is just 20 minutes away. Great time. Def coming back.

    We enjoyed this property very much. Jamee is very easy to communicate with and genuinely cares about clients having a wonderful stay. She has a go above and beyond approach as an owner. We loved having the spacious 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything is very comfortable. It is a very short walk to the beach and to restaurants. Our vacation was unfortunately cut short due to Debby but we will definitely be back for a redo.

    What a wonderful Condo. Everything was so clean and furnished perfectly. Location is great, right by the pool and a very short walk to the beach (just up the walkway). Views were great and enjoyed just sitting on the porch watching the waves. Will definitely stay here again.
