Stayed Jun 29, 2024Say was amazing. House was perfect and we enjoyed how easy it was to get out to the beach, store our beach stuff, parking, and the pools/hot tub. There was an issue with water coming in through the upstairs bedroom light and bathroom fan after the storm sunday night into monday morning which we reached out to the help line who contacted the maintenance person. We put bowls underneath both leaks to catch the water. By mid afternoon monday the water had stopped sonwe kept a towel on the carpet in the bedroom to help soak up the water. Also there was alot of peoplenwho would walknoff the beach after dark to come sit in the hot tub and then leave towards the beach again. These people were not staying at the place so we'd suggest putting a gate code to get back into pool area from the beach to help with that but otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much and would say it was the best place we've stayed at so far in OBX. Our family comes out every year.
