Luxury condo - 2 minutes from the beach

Comfortable, clean, quiet, incredible location. Superb property with efficient staff. Needs some pool maintenance but nothing that was uncomfortable. Had an unforgettable vacation! Would return in the future.

This place exceeded our expectations. We will definitely return! The condo is larger than it looks, plus the property is fantastic. The pool is long enough for lap swimming, it is just steps away from the beach, and the flowers, etc. created a beautiful atmosphere. We really appreciated the proximity to the beach, restaurants, and walking distance to the grocery store. The kitchen is very well stocked - garlic press, cheese grater, frying pans of multiple sizes, etc. We ate out a few nights, but we were able to get fish from the markets and right off the boat, to be able to cook at the condo. The bedrooms are very large and comfortable. Bathrooms are also very spacious. We didn't spend much time inside, but the living room has a huge sectional and the dining room was perfect for playing cards or eating dinner. This is honestly one of the best rental properties I have ever visited.

We came to Huatulco last year and enjoyed our stay at Las Palmas. So the expectations were high coming to Sueño del mar this year. It turned out to be even a better place and we enjoyed our stay very much. Here is a quick summary. Location. --------------- I was worried that it might be noisy, being so close to busy areas, like a supermarket. On the contrary, the building is super quiet and we heard no street noise at all. At the same time, it took us 10 min to get to the supermarket and buy Chahue beach is a 10 min walk in the opposite direction. Coming here for the sunrise or an evening stroll is very nice. There are several high quality restaurants in the vicinity. We liked Otto, Terraza del mar, Forno pizza. The chefs make amazing dishes and drinks while the prices are reasonable. Transportation is easy, getting a taxi to any direction.The area is safe but not busy like Santa Cruz. The place ----------------- The place is very spacious with high ceilings, large bedrooms, walk in closets and 2 bathrooms. It is decorated with taste, has a/c, comfy beds, so it feels very cozy. The kitchen is fully stocked and all appliances work well. There is a large pool that is not busy, we usually were the only people in the pool. There is onsite concierge, so any questions were quickly resolved. The host --------------- Jessica, the owner, was so helpful in giving us all sorts of useful tips about the area before and during the trip. Thank you, Jessica!

Condo is just as described but more!! Beautiful pool and flowers everywhere! Felt like paradise. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for meal prep. Very clean and roomy, close to everything. I highly recommend and will be back soon!

We really enjoyed our stay in the property! Very clean and offered plenty of amenities! The pictures do not really showcase how big and beautiful the property is. There is ample space and in a very quiet and safe neighborhood; it we often wondered if we were the only guests as we did see anyone else. The on site security guard was an absolutely genuine person who even offered us a meal he purchased for himself due to the streets being closed for a race. We could not have had a better vacation and look forward to heading back when it’s not too hot!
