Luxury, beachfront property with beautiful ocean views!

Great property. All amenities were available. Great pool area and short walk to the beach

located on beach, rooms was big and clean, had everything you need for a visit, the views were outstanding, will stay again

We enjoyed our stay. It was too cool to enjoy the pools but we did enjoy the hot tub. The pool area, beach view and sound of waves were awesome. The condo included several luxury components such as pillow top mattress pad, walk in shower, kitchen & bath counter tops & balcony furniture, Encountered a few minor issues that didn’t alter our stay. These were communicated to Minerva who promptly indicated they would be addressed for the next guests.

We enjoyed our stay. The view was great. It was a short walk to the beach. The bed was comfortable and had good sheets. Room very clean.

We had great stay with our family of five (kids 10-15). The condo is well equipped and comfortably decorated without a bunch of breakable knick-knacks to stress about breaking. Thanks again for hosting us. This was our third time staying here, and we plan to come back.

We had a great stay. Everything was just like we expected. The owner was very accommodating and friendly. We do wish that there were a few 8x11 pans or baking sheets for the oven. We enjoyed the new updates in the kitchen and bathroom. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

Fantastic location. The Mayan Princess is a boardwalk away from the beach. Beautiful view from the condo with the sound of the wave. The unit is as described. Kitchen is well equipped. Lots of beach toys.Comfortable bed. We would come back!!!

On average 26 degrees below the normal...it was so very cold during our stay, but we made the most of it. Even the locals were shocked (and the sea turtles being rescued). The Mayan Princess is looking worse for the wear...needs some TLC. Our unit the same. Location is excellent. Interesting to watch the cars on the beach and the nice set-ups for those who like to fish.

Wasn't nearly as nice and definitely not worth what we paid.Had to move to another condo because of electric problem and still lost power.Wouldnt stay there again

The host was exceptional! She thought of all the little details to make our stay convenient. The only downfall is the beach was not 100 percent handicap accessible, so if you have limited mobility there are stairs. This is nothing that the host had to do with, just for others looking for an accessible beach access. Otherwise the entire experience was amazing!

The check in & out process was very easy & smooth. We were disappointed with the condo compared to the pictures. The paint needs freshened up, light bulbs out, mold around the tub & large step was unsafe to enter, garbage can was dirty, washing machine was not operating correctly (we had to hit the breaker to get it to work), could not find instructions for tv & a couple of the remotes were dead, door was broke to the toilet room & fan did not work, icemaker was broke, no dish cloth to wash dishes, never had to start laundry before checkout in any other establishment. Just providing honest feedback in hopes it will be a more seamless experience for guests in the future.

We loved the pools and beach access. We were blessed with great views and close enough to groceries and great restaurants.

Just as advertised pool was a bit cool for me but that is the only thing i could complain about. Would definitely stay again

Close to beach.

The pools were gorgeous and everything’s was so clean. The listing makes it clear that that the shower/tub is in the master, which is fine if your kids are young. The entire location, you have to be pretty agile. You must step down into a tub to take a shower, which is not an easy step, I wouldn’t want my 75-year-old mother to do it. Also, to get down to the beach, there is a huge step and is one of the only properties along the entire beach that did not have a ramp entrance. My husband and are are 47 & 41 respectively, are in good shape and it was hard to get the beach wagon, etc down there. All in all, I would definitely stay there again though ?.

My family enjoyed our seven day stay at the Mayan Princess very much. The three pools (4 feet, 3ft, and kiddy 2ft) were large enough that it never felt busy and the complex's employees were extremely quick to answer questions we might have about our stay, recommendations or help with beach activities. Our accommodations were perfect for a family of 6. enough space for pre-teens with a great kitchen for yummy meals to be prepared. We loved that our host provided us with supplies for outings, like sand castle tools and an ice chest. Overall a wonderful place to enjoy with your family and friends. Beautiful condo, with a modern kitchen and extremely comfy beds. ( I need the name of the memory foam in the master bedroom!) Quiet enough to relax but also close to activities so you have so much to do.

Condo was exactly as described! This very clean property had a beautiful beach view and was just a short walk to the beach! Location was perfect and the condo pool was an added bonus. We enjoyed this getaway and would highly recommend!
