The ground level offers a spacious bedroom suite featuring a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, a full bath, and direct access to an outdoor patio. On the next level enjoy the sunny open living space with views of the harbour, plenty of comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, a dining area accommodating 8+, and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. Step outside onto the expansive deck to savor your morning coffee while soaking in views, or gather for cocktails and sunset vistas after a busy day exploring the coastline.

The third level features a luxurious master suite complete with a king-sized bed, a cozy sitting area, a full bath with a walk-in shower, and breathtaking views. This floor also offers a bedroom with a full-over-full bunk bed and a dedicated TV area, catering perfectly to the gamers in your party. An additional guest room furnished with a full and twin bed, along with a shared full bath, rounds out this floor.

Guests have access to parking for up to 3 cars, with room available in both the garage and the driveway.

- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

We provide professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, a starter supply of paper and cleaning products, and after-hours emergency maintenance services. Our stay was absolutely wonderful, one of the best vacation spots and condo that we have ever stayed at. From location to all of the wonderful house amenities, this place had it all. We enjoyed morning breakfast on the deck, overlooking the Kalamazoo River, as well as a nice walk into downtown Douglas and Saugatuck. My multigenerational family gathered here for a few days to celebrate the 4th of July. The condo was beautiful, exceptionally comfortable and so well appointed. It was clean and every detail and convenience were thought of. The location and view were amazing. We could see the Kalamazoo Lake and fireworks perfectly. We loved everything about it. We hope to be back soon!!
