Disappointed in parking control on Fourth of July. Lot of vehicles parked with no yellow permit cards. U.S. paying customers had no parking. Your security personnel were worthless.

This exact room is located perfectly for morning and afternoon sun to not be beating directly down on you. The room itself was spacious and accommodated everything we needed. Even on the first floor you have a nice view. The only real issue we had was the screen door was a little difficult to open and close. We had to fight with it but nothing horrible. We will be trying to get this exact room for our next stay

Reviewer Comments: Our original room was the second one in from the ocean and had a decent view (over the berm) from the balcony and the front door. Unfortunately the A/C didn't work so they moved us to another room further inland and the view was mostly parking lot and dumpster from the front door. Didn't like it much. Proximity to the beach is nice but the units are very small. And noisy in the unit they moved us to closer to the street!! Trucks, trucks, trucks!! Customer service was top notch, though. Thank you to everyone that made the transition very easy.

When the heat didn't turn on-and the nights were very chilly, management brought us 2 space heaters. Also,they were very cooperative in giving us compensation. I would suggest putting a bar and a shelf in the shower.

Reviewer Comments: stayed in this unit years ago, it was horrible. totally remodeled. got rid of the hallway and bunks. now, one large bedroom with king size bed with moving room on both sides! all new kitchen and the bathroom now has a walkin shower. great decor as well.
