Now let’s talk about rental rates. First, Las Palomas sets and controls all rental rates, including the rates which condo owners can charge for their units. The owner's rate is the lowest allowed at Las Palomas so when you rent from an owner directly you get the best price and there are no hidden extras. You can also book directly with Las Palomas or from one of the internet travel sites but you will pay substantially higher prices. The owner's rate includes free parking, daily maid service and access to all of the beach facilities in Phase I. We process all your payments through Las Palomas. At the time of booking you will be charged 50% of the rental with the balance charged 10 days before your arrival.
