Beautiful condo. Love the southern exposure. A bit noisy due to folks above us, tho. Overall, it was lovely as we had family in the area and celebrated a birthday for our daughter.

We loved the condo and the location. What we did not love was coming back from a walk downtown to our condo door being wide open. After entering and checking to make sure nothing was taken, we locked the door. Next thing you know someone is entering the code and coming into the condo. They stated they were looking for a leak in the condo below ours. I'm sorry, but this was totally uncalled for. The owner should have told us someone needed to come in and check for a leak. We didn't know these people and after we did not feel comfortable leaving the condo to go anywhere. It was a total invasion of privacy and very unsettling. I did try to reach out prior to this review and no reply or remedy was given.

The condo was in the most extraordinary location, close to all the action, yet peaceful and with a beautiful view of the river. Everything was in order and very convenient. We had a lovely stay.

Great location in the center of town with views of the city lights and river to enjoy. Easy access to area attractions & indoor garage parking is a plus. Property location next to the Maple street bridge results in the expected city center noise & night life but is muted when inside the property. Great spot for someone with business in town. enjoy

We really enjoyed our family vacation at this condo! It had a great location for walking to local restaurants and bars. We loved the view from the balcony, being able to watch boats on the river! We can’t wait to go back!

This condo was the perfect place for my family to stay for a couple of nights in Manistee! We loved being walking distance to downtown, just a few minutes drive to both beaches, and being able to sit on the porch and watch boats go down the river. The management communicated with emails and texts with instructions for arrival so it was very easy for us to get into the condo after a long 12 hour drive. Highly recommend!!
