    I stayed with my dog for a month while I was searching for a home to purchase in the area. The location is very quiet and only a few blocks from Bethany Curve Walkway which takes you through the neighborhood directly down to the West Cliff Drive paved walking path and phenomenal ocean views. I was able to park in the driveway and felt very safe. UCSC is less than 15 minutes away by car. My daughter was able to ride the bus and walk a few blocks to visit.

    Very nice 1 bedroom in great location. New and clean with high quality appliances. Marcus very accommodating and very responsive. Comfortable bed and nice furniture. Great place!

    Modern apartment in ideal location on Westside of Santa Cruz walking distance to Natural Bridges and easy access to town via bike. The apartment is even nicer in person than the photos. Comfortable accommodation with all of your needs including laundry and dishwasher. The host lives on the property and is super friendly and will help with any special requests.

    We stayed in Santa Cruz for 2 months and it was absolutely perfect! The space is beautiful and in an incredible neighborhood. It is walking distance from a park (perfect for my 18 month son), the ocean, and so many fun local spots. Marcus is also the absolute best host. He always responded right away if we needed anything and overall made us feel very welcome. I cannot recommend this space enough. If you are looking for somewhere to stay while in incredible Santa Cruz, look no further!

    This was a great place for our one-month transition to Santa Cruz for my husband's new job. It gave us time to find a house and familiarize ourselves with the area. We loved our daily walks to the ocean and Twin Bridges. New Leaf became our new favorite grocery store and we could walk there in minutes. We loved the clean, modern design of the house and German appliances (and of course the le creuset pots and pans)! The owners did not take any shortcuts with this place!

    This was hands down THE BEST vacation rental we’ve stayed in! The property was great- very quiet and private- and the location was excellent! 3 minutes walk to coffee, wine tasting, restaurants, and grocery and 10 minutes walk to the beach. The host was immediately responsive during our stay and the unit was in great shape and well stocked. You must stay here if you’re looking for a fun and quiet getaway!
