Lovely riverfront condo with seasonal pool & hot tub - in town & near the slopes

Everything was in good shape, the beds were comfortable and the room was nice. The only thing that could have been better was the table ware. There were only 3 forks and the plates were too tall for the dishwasher.

This place was lovely, excellent location and with an awesome river view, walking to all, 4 min walk to gondolas, and close to all restaurants, next to walk side river which is fantastic. The apartment is on the second level, no big problem but be aware if you have any limitations. All is clean, a lot of towels, laundry full equipment, Sofa-bed at dining room very useful. Kind of small but enough for a family. Love this place!! excellent directions and well communication with the manager.

This property was exactly as advertised. The room has a nice upclose view of the river and a walking trail, which can be seen from the balcony. All the downtown shops and restaurants are a very short walk from the room. In addition, the Telluride Gondola Station is only a 5 min walk from the property as well. Location and cleaniness are excellent and the property owners were always very responsive to any question I had. However, the parking can be a challenge due to very limited spaces near the property. Once we were able to secure a parking space in the Viking Parking Lot, which took some waiting and timely luck, we did not move our vehicle until we checked out at the end of our stay. Overall, our stay was very fun and the room was great. I highly recommend this property to future travelers staying in Telluride. My rating for this property is a 4 out 5 stars.

Shower leaking and bathroom ceiling when upstairs tenant was showering. Kitchen light fixture leaks and big puddle on kitchen floor.

Overall, this unit is decent for a economical stay in Telluride. Best part of this unit is the back patio/porch--wonderful views! We had a difficult time working with property management during our stay. We had a leak from the unit above us and no one ever followed up with us after it was reported. For two days we had to experience this while on vacation. Not ideal. Location is good, close to Clark's, Siam, and Riverwalk.

Good location . Parking can be challenging. Balcony door not working. Wish windows had screen since they were open often to cool unit (no ac).

Great location and very clean with great amenities. 4/5 due to a hard bed and no air conditioning or screens for outside air.

Easy walking to everything. Great porch to relax in the evening.

Short walk to town, and to well run Telluride Sports with rental equip and Lift 7. Market close too and has prepared breakfast and other meals. By river path. Entrance is to bedroom.

Location was perfect . Right on the river and minutes from the gondola.
