You're steps to everything you could ever want at the resort, and Port Aransas' excellent shops, eateries, and fishing spots are a quick drive away. Looking for a cool experience away from the beach Splashdown at infamous Schlitterbahn Water Park, a 20-minute drive away.

INSIDE THE CONDO

The gorgeous, window-lined living area features a sofa and sweeping views of the Gulf and resort grounds. This space opens to the kitchen, which is immaculate with granite counters, stainless appliances, Chef's cooktop, and built-in convection plus wall oven.

Light pours into the master suite, featuring a king bed and access to the breezy deck. The en-suite bathroom has a garden tub, double vanity, a tiled shower with glass doors, and a water closet.

The second bedroom has a king bed, while the third bedroom has two twin beds. Enjoy Gulf views from both bedrooms. The guest bath is in the hall and features a shower/tub combination.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

Visit the Guest Services pavilion at Palmilla to receive VIP wristbands that allow access to resort amenities. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. Enjoy a designated area at the beach with air-conditioned bathrooms and food services.

For on-site dining, you’ll find the exquisite Black Marlin Seaside Grill, REDS Patio Bar, and the Agave Poolside Cantina.

The newly redesigned 9-hole course incorporates the best of true links-style play and winds its way throughout the Palmilla Beach Resort Community. Palmilla Beach challenges golfers of any skill level with ocean breezes, lush fairways lined with native grasses and challenging greens. With a variety of tee boxes, the course will fit any player's current game.

THE LOCATION

In beautiful Port Aransas, the beaches are exquisite, the fishing is bountiful, and the cuisine cannot be beaten. Ever wanted to try parasailing Visit Chute 'Em Up, a half-mile away, and feel the ocean breeze in a whole new way. Set off into the waves with nearby Dolphin Dock Inc. for awesome day-long fishing excursions, or set up for a relaxing evening of reeling it in on Horace Caldwell Pier, a 10-minute drive.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

    Everything was wonderful! We stayed 6 nights in this condo. It was equipped with everything we needed. The Palmilla is a wonderful resort. Everyone was very friendly and so helpful.

    The condo was beautifully decorated and so conveniently located. Palmilla resort was lovely and we enjoyed a combo of the pools and beach access. The condo itself is in need of a lot of maintenance. We had to call guest services almost every day - microwave panel was broken, dishwasher panel was broken, towel racks falling off the walls, door knobs falling off. At check-in the master bathroom had no toilet paper. The home is not stocked with basic amenities like disinfectant spray for countertops, coffee filters for the coffee pot, extra trash bags and paper towels. If you are planning to eat every meal at the resort, great! We planned to cook several meals and it was a challenge. The Vacasa team was AMAZING and very helpful/responsive to our maintenance issues!! Could be a 5-star property once some of the appliances are replaced/repaired. Overall recommend this location.

    This unit was lovely--it looked just like the photos, which is always a plus. Comfortable beds, furniture, etc. and plenty of kitchen items. The beautiful view of the dunes (and a sliver of the Gulf) from the porch was still the same as the photos in Fall '23, but with the empty lots across the street now sold, I suspect that'll change within a year. As beautiful as the unit was, it had some issues. A towel holder in the primary bathroom was broken, the water pressure in both showers was very light, and the lint tray in the dryer wouldn't fit properly in its slot, which made the clothes catch on it and twist around each other while drying. (We suspect the lint tray was packed with sand at the bottom--something we've experienced with other rentals.) We reported it all to Vacasa, the company that manages the property, and while responsive, they made it clear that they were the main headquarters and would need to contact a local rep to have anything repaired, etc. We opted out because we could live with these issues for our short stay, but the number of problems was annoying. We were there over a long weekend in the early fall, so it was relatively quiet. During the height of the season, we could see it being a lot louder, especially with all of the building still happening in Palmilla.
