Stayed Apr 25, 2026The room descriptions and comfort are great. Having two bathrooms is a bonus. The deck area is a great seating place to take in the view of the marsh, eat a meal, or read a book. Quiet property and 1 mile to Folly Beach, could walk there but the road is pretty busy. Amazing beach access once you are to Folly Beach, clean and family friendly. 20 minute drive to downtown Charleston and all the site seeing.

Stayed May 18, 2025The location was cheaper being it was 1 mile from Folly beach, but the area was really nice. The apartment had very friendly neighbors that live there year round and it was nice and quiet. The apartment itself could have been cleaner. One of the two bar stools was broken so we couldn’t use it. I reported it to Vacasa staff. There were oven mitts that had food crusted stains and some dirty silverware. The appliances were outdated too. Overall it was a good stay, though.

Stayed Mar 7, 2025The stay was very pleasant, very cute location. It was a little chilly and most of the seating at a table was outside (there are bar stools but they seem like they have seen better days) so eating was a little challenging without making too much of a mess. The decor is lovely

Stayed Jun 2, 2023Property needs updating and a thorough cleaning. Kitchen was lacking basic items; pots, pans, measuring cups and spoons. Dishes were melamine and not microwave safe, no microwave safe dishes provided. No hair dryers in unit. Only 2 hangers available. Would not recommend this property at all or Vacasa. I called Vacasa upon check in and never received a call back.
