I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our 48th year to DMBC through Dave Stubbs did not disappoint. As always the location can’t be beat. The condo was comfortable, well stocked and the perfect gathering for family time. We appreciated the unbelievable customer service from Tyler and crew at Dave Stubbs as they navigated through unexpected complex roof replacement. Another fabulous year we are already counting the days until next year.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Del Mar Beach Club with its accessibility to the ocean. It’s in such a great spot and is close to San Diego and also easy to get to the theme parks. The grounds are always nice and clean. This unit is spacious and updated. They have a well stocked kitchen and lots of towels and bedding and beach chairs. The beds and couch are all comfortable. We are hoping to come back and stay here soon!

Stayed Feb 17, 2024Second time in this complex and enjoyed it thoroughly. Love the closeness to the beach and access to tennis courts. Quiet. No traffic. Fully stocked kitchen and amenities. Love the Solano Beach area.

Stayed Mar 22, 2023We noticed immediately upon entering the house that it was filthy. After an hour our socks were black on the bottoms. There were ants crawling all over inside the house (including in the beds). The walls were black and sticky in areas. The property managers response was to send someone by to mop the floor and give us ant poison. Almost all of the dishes in the cabinets looked like they had been eaten off of and put back in the cabinet. The outside deck was falling apart and had random old broken junk laying all around. We spent a lot of money on this rental and were so disgusted for our whole stay. When we checked out and told the property manager our experience they said “call us next time and we will steer you away from the filthy ones” — so they clearly knew that this place was disgusting, but rented it out anyway. We would never rent this place or from that property manager again.
