There was no parking pass in the condo. All cars parked there had a parking pass except us. I was scared my car was going to get towed.

Perfect!! In a great location and had a blast. It was very clean and the owner was very friendly and responded in a timely manner every time. Will definitely stay here again soon.

This is a five star property in terms of location, amenities and the overall comfort of the property. There were several relatively minor items that the host plans to correct that caused me to drop the rating to a four.

The property was very clean and roomy for a single couple or 2 couples.

The condo was lovely but the WiFi stopped working in the morning. We got in the hot tub since we couldn’t watch tv and that shut off as well. It would not turn back on and there’s no instructions on how to use it

The host was very helpful and responsive. The location is great - close to everything! The beds were comfortable and the place was perfect for our quick weekend trip.

Comfortable stay! Easy walk to shops and restaurants. I love that there is a king size bed in each bedroom and a bathroom in each bedroom. There's also a half-bath down stairs near the kitchen. Huge comfortable couch and good size kitchen. Grocery store within 1 block. Fast response from property manager. The downs are minimal . . . entry on 2nd floor (not noted in listing), TV volume didn't work, not enough towels and blankets and the dryer took 5 cycles to dry. Overall, would definately recommend.

Great location, clean, easy to walk to strip. The ac didn't work the first night. The bed is very firm. I slept on the couch 2 of my 3 nights.

The condo was very clean and modern. Loved the gas fireplace in the cool weather. Also enjoyed the hot tub once we could figure it out; we’re just not hot tub savvy. Turns out the sofa bed was broken but that didn’t spoil our trip. We had a great time.

Our first time in Helen… such a great town. Our vrbo was in the best location. We never had to use our car. Our place was great. It was very clean and had everything you need for a little getaway. Our host was really nice and was available if we needed anything.Highly recommend.

A little difficulty checking in, but was quickly resolved and we enjoyed our stay. I would stay here again. Close to town center and everything was within walking distance.

Can’t beat the location as it was steps away from the action in town! Checkin process was super simple and we were even able to get in a little early, which was great. Host was extremely responsive and quickly provided additional sheets/blankets when requested. All that said… the place needs a makeover. At the very least, some new kitchen utensils and pots and pans would be nice. Overall though, we really enjoyed the stay and especially the hot tub! Would come back.

This place is absolutely awesome and I highly recommended booking for your Helen stay. The location is perfect. We were within comfortable walking distance to Betty’s, the liquor store, and downtown as well. This is not our first trip to Helen and we loved the condo so much we spent most of our time there. It was spotless and smelled great as soon as we opened the door. The only issue we had was the check info on Vrbo was incorrect but we got that fixed quickly with the host. We enjoyed snuggling on the couch in front of the fireplace. Bring a throw blanket to make it even more cozy. Great kitchen with everything we needed to prepare meals. We will definitely be back.

We had a nice Christmas vacation in Helen. The apartment is as shown in pictures and was very clean. A wonderful surprise was the Christmas tree in the living room. It truly added to the stay!The beds were good, bathroom with each bedroom so great place for two couples. You see the lights of the town from the porch which was great for us. Hot tub was really nice as was grill on back porch. Helen is such a cute little town for a great Xmas break. We would definitely stay at this apartment again.

The location was in downtown Helen, and walking distance to everything. The set up was perfect, beds were comfortable, both king size. The TV was even user friendly. Kitchen had everything we need. My husband loved the hot tub. It was nice for each couple to have their own private bathroom, and when downstairs, there is a half bathroom. James is an amazing host, and quick to accommodate ! I will come back and I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Condo was in a great location with lots of space. Check in was easy once we located the key box. The instructions on how to use the box were clear & helpful, the location of the box was not but thankfully we discovered it without needing to contact host. The rental was clean & rooms & amenities were as listed. Very easy walking distance to Main Street & close enough that we could shop & bring items back to drop off & use private bathrooms rather than public toilets. :) We use sound machine apps while we sleep wherever we go so we were not bothered by noise at all. I’m very glad the wifi was dependable! The only minor cons worth noting are simply cosmetic & these did not interfere with our stay. There was a broken ceiling fan chain so not able to adjust speed. Neither of the bedroom fans adjusted to high seemed to stay in low/medium. There was a broken knob on a lamp downstairs so it was unusable but there were several other lamps to use. The unit could also use a fresh paint job especially in upstairs bathrooms but again this is just cosmetic & would not prevent us from returning but that would make these rooms feel & appear cleaner. We would definitely stay here again & will recommend it to others especially for the convenient location.

Walking distance

Had trouble finding the facility. Not well identified. Once we got there it was very nice. Clean smelled good. Only complaints for the facility were a leaking faucet in one of the bedrooms bathroom and no extra blankets.we had a wonderful time
