Last-Minute Bargain Prices: Premier Waterfront Condo With Parking In ♥ of Ptown!

We are just leaving the condo we had the pleasure of staying in for a few days and will definitely be back next year. We were very excited when we opened the door and saw the unit it was very homey and about a minute walk to the ocean. The bed was extremely comfortable, anything we needed was available from beach chairs & umbrella, towels, blankets, all kitchen spices etc teas coffees bathroom supplies and so much more. There are two decks that are available with tables, chairs & grills. The condo comes with a parking space and once we arrived we never moved the car until we left. You can walk to so many restaurants, shops, entertainment & more. The best part is the owner Alan he is extremely accommodating and there to help if needed. We will definitely be back next year hopefully for a month. Enjoy!! Thanks Alan for everything.

Property was beautiful and well-appointed and the location was terrific and parking came with the unit. Alan the host initially was great and even allowed an early check in. However, the unit was listed as a one bedroom in several spots on the site, and though when you get into the long description it does say “studio”, it’s still very misleading. When I pointed this out to Alan, he just sent me the description and ignored the photos showing it said “one bedroom”. He then stopped communicating with us. On the last morning, at 8:45 am, (checkout was 10am) a “security” person opened our unit’s door with a key- no knock on the door and started to enter our unit as we were getting dressed- I literally had to run over and block the door to keep him from coming in. He was horrified and apologized and said he was doing routine security checks. Totally understand and felt badly for him. But when I emailed Alan to also bring this up, no response. Not ok. I wanted to post interior photos so future bookers could see the actual size and that the “bedroom” is not separate and is indeed tightly packed into the rest of the unit. As long as you understand that, I think you’ll be happy here, as again, our issues were not with the quality of the place, how it was furnished and stocked which was very thoughtful. But it’s small and compact, and the photos don’t really show that. And when you think it’s a one bedroom, and the owner stops responding (we were polite, btw), it leaves a sour taste.

Cute and very comfortable. Well appointed kitchen with a veritable coffee house selection of ground coffee for a morning pot as well as a Keurig for a single cuppa. Condiments and spices are there as well if you feel a need to satisfy the inner chef. Steps to the water with a huge deck to enjoy the sun and sea as well as an easy walk to town. Highly recommend.

It had everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Great location beautiful town.

This was a totally delightful find for us to celebrate a special occasion. Alan was so welcoming and kind to assure we had a perfect experience as soon as we booked. The condo is charming, in walking distance of everything in town, and a wonderful large deck on the beach overlooking Provincetown Harbor, perfect for pre-dawn coffee watching the day begin and late day wine watching the sun go down. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of tea and coffee selections, as well as fresh condiments for any take out we brought back, which we did as the condo was so homey, we wanted to enjoy it as much as we could. So many little touches made a very special time, and a wonderful host that made you feel like you were visiting an old friend's home. Thank you Alan, we hope to return for more special occasions to come!

Everything was great!

The condo was perfect as always. Alan is a welcoming host, and everything we could think of was there for our convenience. The views if the beach and harbor were spectacular day and night. Being early risers, the location was perfect for us to get out and walk throughout the downtown area before most others were out and about. A joyful weekend for us.

Overall this property gets an A. My wife and I were looking for a relaxing, low key getaway on the beach. Alan’s Seas the Day place met all of our requirements and then some. The place was clean, Alan was responsive to our inquiries, the place is just as it is presented on VRBO. We had a great view, deck with chairs for lounging/reading, outdoor grill, beach towels, umbrella and chairs. Once you park your car, you can walk to everything. Alan’s thoughtful details included a cooler, nightlight, light foil/saran wrap, container for leftover food. This place was central to everything as well as quiet. Just the way we like it. Weather was great for our week in August.

Amazing location and property. Beach is steps away and only about 5-10 minute walk into town. Room was larger than we were expecting and was the perfect space for our week vacation. Highly recommend!

Great property! Super responsive property owner. Close to everything. Alan’s place has everything that you could ever need for a summer vacation. From paper towels to binoculars! Great shared deck, and awesome sunrises.

Everything was perfect and well thought out in this unit.Loved the use of the deck and being right in town but tucked back enough to have some quiet time. I hope to rent this u it again.

Super clean, fairly recently updated. Perfect for walking right out to restaurants and other shops. The only drawback is that the unit is very small, which doesn't exactly show in the pictures. The view of the beach from the community deck is great, but the windows and door open on parking area/courtyard.

Great place, perfect area. Please note, as stated in description the parking spots are SMALL. I had to crawl out of the back of my Honda passport as I couldn't open the doors.

The place was so spotless clean with every amenity you could need. Bed and pillows super comfy, nice beautiful shower, nice kitchen, 1 minute walk to beach or restaurants and shopping! Would stay here again and highly recommend. Owner takes pride in place and it shows!

This is a perfect efficiency apartment located at the perfect location within walking distance of all the great places to see on Commercial Street in P-town. And it is right on the water and has a great deck to chill when the weather is nice. Convenient free parking too!

The unit is small and very efficient— stocked with everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location could not be better, and Alan is responsive and helpful.

Second time staying at this little gem in Provincetown. As always, Alan thought of everything to help us Seas the Day as soon as we walked in. The condo was perfectly located in the center of PTown, we started each day before sunrise with coffee on the deck overlooking the harbor, discovered hidden corners of this wonderful town before anyone else was up and about and planned our day from there. After perfect days, ended with wine watching the sunset over the water from our deck, and cozied up in our temporary home, totally contented. Life doesn't get much better. Thank you Alan!
