Nice place. Tiles around pool starting to get worn down. Elevator bell constantly goes off . Had to ask twice for maintenance to fix.

Had to cut our trip short due to the alarm in the elevator constantly going off outside the bedroom window of the condo for two days straight Customer service did nothing to assist, it was our first experience and our last. Not returning and would not recommend.

Onsite security are scammers. Literally 5 mins after arrival my partner was asked to pay $25 cash due to an oversized vehicle fee. We were in a F250 with off-road tires. Most of the the trucks there were the same size if not bigger than ours. They kept trying to lure my partner into the security office to negotiate which would isolate him from me as I speak Spanish fluently and he speaks none. I finally became upset at how shady it felt I told them to give us a print out or a ticket with what we were being charged and we will pay cash. They said they would bring the ticket to our room. They never did. DO NOT DO NOT give them cash. Demand they give you a print out or ticket of how much and why you are being charged. I feel this was a fake charge and they were just trying to get money out of us.

You expect everything to be maintained and in working order for the higher price you pay to stay here. Swim up bar not heated. 1 small jacuzzi reserved for 21 n up. The major issue during my stay was being trapped in the elevator for 1 hr. The elevator stopped working between 2nd n 3rd floor. Service guy told me it would be a while for an elevator tech to come because it’s the weekend. After waiting an entire hour the elevator suddenly started went up and down 3 times (all 16 floors) without stopping, slammed when it got to basement floor 2 and then let me out. I expected for there to be a manager or at least someone there to apologize for the terrifying experience but there was literally nobody. I assumed someone would come to my room but that didn’t happen either. Not even a phone call! It was as if they forgot about it as soon as they heard the elevator power back on. It ruined the rest of my Saturday and stay because I was nervous to leave my room. I wasn’t comfortable using the elevators anymore and I didn’t want to have to walk up and down 11 flights of stairs. Worst part is the elevator was never shut down after the incident. They allowed people to keep using it. The owners of the condos should be very embarrassed of the lack of customer service management had with this incident. I was a big fan of this resort and even rented this same condo for a second time because I liked it so much. Sadly this will be my last time. You will no longer get my business.

Everything was great, except the check-in process took a little bit long. I believe they were a bit backed up or may have had some people with issues checking out. But our actual room was great and our stay here in Rocky Point was wonderful.

Condo was clean and comfy. The resort was amazing. Several pools and hot tubs.

Condo is beautiful and you can watch sunrise and sunset over the water from the balcony. It has all the amenities you need for your stay and is very clean and well styled.It is not noisy either- we slept so well! We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Host communication was immediate. We were able to check in early which allowed more time at the pool. The condo was super nice and the Murphy Bed was an added bonus!

Unit was very nice and clean. Turned the refrigerator up to the coldest but didn’t keep items very cold even after it had been turned up for 24 hours.

Great condo. Host was great as well. Will definitely be back.

Excellent experience at Bill's place at Las Palomas - Excellent communication from the owner, Bill - Both beds were super comfortable, and all appliances/kitchenware was exactly what was needed. Very spacious bathroom and living space - perfect for a family of 3! We will definitely be back! Thanks, Bill!

A decent place, in phase II. There were a few things that could have been better but they were all having to do with the staff at the resort.

Beautiful condo with amazing view!

Have stayed here many times and love it, both with friends and through VRBO. While I appreciated the Condo it needs lots of TLC. Just some simple basics would help.

There were some repairs needed but overall this unit was great especially with the Murphy bed

A little tip if you're going to stay, try to take good care of the blue and striped towels because they'll charge you $25 if you lose one. Someone grabbed the one we left on a chair while we were at the pool and we had to pay $25 for one. I think it's a bit excessive that they charge that much for a towel, especially if the towel is left inside the hotel. The food is expensive and so are the drinks. My recommendation is that you buy everything outside the hotel and cook your own food if you want to save some money. Inside the condos there is everything you need to cook: plates, forks, pots, pans, dishes, everything.

We enjoyed our stay at the property very much. The listing was just as described, well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The murphy bed was a great option for us instead of having to pull out the sofa bed. The refrigerator broke on the first day and maintenance was quick to replace it with a new one when they couldn't fix it. They even replaced our ice that melted with two bags of filtered ice. The drinks and food by the pool were reasonably priced and everything tasted great. We went out to dinner one night and had many great restaurant options to choose from within close proximity to the resort. I would definitely stay at this place again in the future.
