Stayed Nov 9, 2025Tom is an outstanding Host! The property was as advertised with beautiful ocean views and lots of space for a large group to relax in. He was quick to respond with our questions and rectified the small issue that we had. The property was well stocked with kitchen necessities and plenty of clean towels, bedding and paper goods. We will certainly use one of his properties in the near future!

Stayed Oct 12, 2025Our stay in Rocky Point was amazing! The condo was absolutely perfect for four adults and four children! There was plenty of room and the condo was perfectly stocked. There was even some beach toys with a wagon that came in handy. Check I. Was off site, but was very easy and quick. Tom, the host, was available for our calls and accommodated our early checkin request! He was very hospitable. Highly recommend this property! We will be booking again for our next trip!
