Las Palmas 2BR/2BA Suite 3rd FL Ocean View- B301

I like the overall beauty and cleanliness of the place, I would have given the property a 5 star, except for one of the bathroom shower didn’t work. I did sent a text and email to the property management but he had many convenience things to use, like the beach chairs, towels, the property and surrounding is beautiful. I would go back if the shower is fix. Our guest had to use our shower, which the property comes with another shower.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Had an easy accommodating check in, with no hassle. Parking was close to our unit and walking distance from restaurants & convenient stores. Really enjoyed the beautifully decorated condo which was clean & comfortable. We will absolutely be back again in the near future.

Easy check in process, although unable to do an early check in we still had access to the resort. View was nice. Rooms were clean. Would definitely recommend

We had a wonderful stay in Rocky Point! The place was exactly what we needed, comfortable, well-kept, and just a stone’s throw from the beach, which made it perfect for relaxing and enjoying the ocean. Tom was an excellent host throughout the entire process. He was extremely accommodating, reassuring, and always responded quickly whenever we had a question. His communication made everything smooth and stress-free. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely rent with Tom again in the future. Highly recommend!

Great location, love the multiple pools and bars

We had a wonderful long weekend over July 4th. Everything was seamless with Tom and his property. He let us know as soon as the property was ready and we found it exactly as it was described. The patio was so nice, the location was great and we had everything we needed. Thank you so much.

I wasn't surprised that this Prosperity was going to be as nice as it was but it's definitely a gym I will absolutely stay here again

Everything was great the only thing that got me a little but totally understandable with being the 4th of July on a Thursday, but my 10:30am checkout time doesn't give you enough time to not rush in the Am to leave but overall great place.

The condo was clean, spacious and it had everything you would have at home.The view outside the balcony was perfect. The communication with the property owner was great, he responded to all my messages right away. We were able to check in early. Great stay!
